Beds were comfy, room was clean, free breakfast was just cereal and coffee very disappointed we always stay at a Quality Inn they have the most comfy pillows and beds but the 2 we stayed at during this trip offered hot breakfast but only had cold so I was super upset and will not be returning! Sad that you lose out because you lie about things...
This was a great hotel for a last-minute booking. We stayed two night and the staff was super friendly, especially Jessica the front-desk lady. The room was nice and clean and The service was good. The breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel and might book them again when I go back.
I often RATE because I love promote good business and 5 stars ratings. NOT so much today, 2 stars is fair. I arrived at 1:00 pm. Literally had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk. An eatlier conversation with Manny the manager supposedly corrected my conversation with reservation personnel vs a very different email confirmation regarding my Four nights/days. Before moving forward we cemented my total bill.,( I thought Check out was again very different)! I arrived at 1:00 pm I paid in full for myself, then paid in full for a second room for my 92 years old mother. WE were exhausted from the 800 miles drive. My 92 YEAR OLD mother got a ROOM AT 3:30 pm!! My room was decent, although furniture was clearly missing as microwave was stacked on top of refrigerator. The TV size 32"? was very disappointing AND the picture settings were that - it cut off the tops of heads.and could not be changed. The beautiful marquee advertised - Hot Breakfast Not So!!! Only hot waffles!!! Cereal and yogurt were the compliments. To add insult to injury, although friendly personnel. Check out, My bill as understood with the manager propr to arrival. ..was changed. It appears that Instead of the expected pet deposit..They ADDED a Pet DAILY FEE. Worth mentioning was my 10lb Yorkie is well serviced trained and I Lysol refresh room and carpet. I left the room fresher. Ps I did not even request the room to be serviced everyday. In conclusion, perhaps search around the immediate area for competitive booking, may serve you better. Especially if your stay is more than two days/nights. The Manager did offer to make amends my next stay.....uuum🤔 Note: Managers cars were 5-Star! A Beautiful Tesla and Range Rover.
This is a good little hotel for our quick overnight trip while traveling. They did have room for people pulling campers or a trailer, not a lot but some. The room was clean. The coffee was ok. The front desk was nice and helpful. Didn't really see much else the pool wasn't open yet. I did see they offer jacuzzi suites if that interests you. There are a lot of restaurants about 7 miles away which wasn't bad at all. Lots of places to pick from for eating or shopping. Definitely would stop again for a passing threw stop it served it's purpose.
The room was completely dirty. Someone just folded the beds back up after previous guest left and walked out. Honestly the housekeeper ought to be fired. Trash everywhere behind and under furniture. Ac unit covered in a years worth of dust. Tub ran water all night. Thankfully I work in housekeeping and always bring cleaning supplies. If my stay hadn't been non refundable we would have left. I stripped both the beds and used my own blankets.
COCKROACHES. I was laying in bed about 11pm. A cockroach crawled onto the bed from the space between the mattress and the headboard. It crawled across the too of the bed. I spoke to the niht desk clerk, told him what happened and requested a refund to my credit card because I wasn’t staying. He said he couldn’t give the refund but he’d give the message to the manager. That was 8 days ago and I haven’t heard anything from anyone. The sheet had a hole in it, and there was something white on the bed skirt. Don’t stay here unless you like BUGS.
Only complaint is continental breakfast is lame. Dry cereal and bland milk. They could do better. Check in and check out were great. Super nice people, very comfy rooms.
This place is disgusting! They have bed bugs, and stains all over the sheets! Manoj Redding is horrible! He refused to give us a refund after we literally had just booked less than 30 mins. He also is a liar! We asked for the manager he lied & told us he didn’t know when the manager would be in! I had to call the cops on Manoj! He is a liar & his customer service is horrible! Here are photos only an insane person would stay here.

Absolutely lovely! Watch for site #2 though, pedestal is at the very front and so is the sewer hookup. I was prepared with an extension cord but my 20 feet of hose weren't enough lol. Wonderful place to stay though we will be back!
