When we walked in our room we could immediately smell a weird stench in our room and tried to play it off as maybe the cleaning products they use? as we sat in here longer we opened the door to get fresh air and the smell got worse smells like sweaty and musty . As we were getting under the covers we found huge food crumbs and we had NO FOOD. barely any towels and the pillows are extremely small. Now doubting if they even cleaned our bed at all and if it’s even sanitary to sleep in it . the walls have stains all over them. And almost everything in the room has some sort of stain. as well as the mirrors behind the tv? How dumb can you be . the sink had a huge black stain in it as well. DO NOT STAY HERE disgusting and not even worth a penny

This Quality Inn is an older motel, but the room I stayed in was large, clean, and had a view of the golf course. The staff member who checked me in was excellent, displaying top-notch customer service skills. However, breakfast at 7:30 left something to be desired with hard eggs, cold potatoes, and a lack of coffee.

I am unable to provide an assessment of the rooms or service as my visit was solely for a class held in the bar/lounge area. However, I can provide feedback on the areas I observed. Upon entering, the reception area presented a clean, organized, and contemporary appearance. In contrast, the restrooms were in an unacceptable state of disrepair, appearing as though they had not been cleaned in several weeks. The majority of the stalls were inadequately stocked with toilet paper, and the hand soap dispensers contained diluted soap that was ineffective for proper handwashing. Additionally, the floors were visibly soiled. Furthermore, the hallways and tables in the lounge area exhibited dried and crusted food remnants, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. It appears that the cleaning staff is not fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.

here it is almost 1:00 am and im still awake wishing there was nasty cigarette smell in my room rather then the smell of dead fish that was gutted and deep fried in cat piss im in the lobby my poor friend is in the room but inside the bathroom with fans on and the shower running but i dont think any amount of showering will get the stench off our bodys and our luggage...Drove for 6 hours so me and my friend could have one last old lady get away at silverwood...but i will probably sleep in my car and miss out on my adventure...I cant wait to get back to the Tri-Cities so, I CAN PROPERLY, report to my co-workers that quality inn sucks, I contract work for Cadwell, Lam Westen, and will definitely let all my colleges at Amazon (Kennewick/Richland) Location know that only a few Quality Inn's are worth staying at AND the Post Falls (3175 E Settice Way, Post Falls, ID. 83854), just asked he will not give me the phone number for this particular location....Now it is 1:30 am im still not sleeping because im trying to be nice so my words are delicately chosen which is taking longer...I am sure my friend and I are not even going to the reunion at Silverwood in the morning because, for many reasons, we stink, our luggage stinks, we cant go on rides because we have been vomiting with the stench of this rotten hotel, and it has ruined our desire to have any fun.........THANKS A LOT.....DON'T WORRY, YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT WILL RECEIVE THIS EMAIL.......THANKS AGAIN FOR THE WORST VACATION........

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I booked it cause it had an “indoor pool” nope sure didn’t! Pools outside and seasonal, they do not have a hot tub. My daughter and I checked in and left when about our day, came back around 630 at night, and our door handles and lock are missing and our door is wide, opened no one to be seen, no one at the front desk… so after waiting for about five minutes somebody comes walking up and I tell the lady because I’m pretty irate at this point that my door was wide open with all our stuff in they and the lock and handle is missing. She tells me that they are changing locks and shouldn’t have went into our room. The guy left for the night! She ended up moving us rooms, we move upstairs and there is people in the room next to us partying. Loud as all could be, banging around, our floor was shaking. So the next morning I go down and talk to the manager, he tells me there’s nothing he can do about it, wouldn’t refund my money when I checked out early…. I wasn’t going to stay another night. The room was okay, the bed linen was gross ! So save you money and go somewhere else!
