Quality Inn St. Robert - Ft. Leonard Wood - Hotel in St Robert - 114 Vickie Lynn Ln, USA

We stayed at this hotel from May 29 to 30 in room 122. The room was okay. However, the breakfast was not up to par. When we wanted to have breakfast at 7:00 am, there was no yogurt, cereal, bananas or forks. The excuse was that the delivery had not yet arrived. At 7:29 am a lady came in with piles of plastic bags from Walmart. Ten minutes later the forks were replenished and there were bananas. We did not wait any longer and made it clear to the lady at the counter that we, as Platimum members, expected better service. Inventory management clearly needs to be better organized.

Quality on was below average for the price. The room was okay, the television did not work, and the electric lock on the door was inoperable. The hotel staff was pleasant, but lacked the knowledge to effectively run a hotel.

My stay at quality inn on June 4-7. was a very bad experience for the handicapped room. 1. Our room smelled strong in urine,was told it was a pet hotel. however they did change our room after day and a half . 2. The shower are very slippery and no matt. We're told to use a towel. 3. The card keys don't work, we kept having to get new one untill they gave us a hard key. 4. The left ground floor rooms have trouble with hot water for the showers.. other than that rooms were quiet. For the price I would have stayed in a cheaper hotel . I will not stay at another quality inn. Such a bad experience

This place is in need of significant updating and maintenance. We had 2 rooms that were both very smelly (think mildew and garlic) and damp, and we could hear everything going on in the hall. Breakfast was not good-hard biscuits and rubbery eggs. Unsure how this place has gotten the decent reviews it has. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Being a Choice Hotel member for 10+ years, unfortunately this was one the worst experiences at a Quality Inn. I ussually stay at Comfort Inn and Suites but Quality Inn is fine as well. I stayed in late March. We ran out of hot water, I mean the water was ice cold and front desk told me to wait for half an hour since everybody is taking a shower ? Never had this issue in the past. Water barely got to luke warm after half an hour and then back to ice cold. There was no hot lunch. No waffle mixture, scrambled eggs or any other hot breakfast stuff. I was told that their cook is absent. Stuff happens, I understand and didn't want to leave a bad review. Booked 2 rooms on my way back in mid April. They said oh we hired three cooks. Sadly no hot breakfast (other items were available like yougurt and stuff) the next day and ironically they have a big sign of hot breakfast at the entrance. They gave me the same excuse that they gave me 2 weeks prior.

!!ADVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! WILL OVER CHARGE YOU ALSO DO EXTRA CHARGES YOU CANT CHANGE CUZ NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO PICK UP A PHONE AT THIS HOTEL 4 CHARGES WE GOT ALSO TOLD US WE NEVER CHECKED OUT MY HUSBAND DID WE HAVE PAPERS GO TO HAMPTON INN OR ANY WHERE ELSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT VENTS OR FAMILYS WITH ACTIVE MEMEBERS Nasty rooms they smell like mold and hot water is very limited in your room in the pool. The pool ceiling will most like fall any give day it's disgusting don't wast time or money here!!!

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and clean however it could use a little TLC. For the price, it was a great stay.

Like a lot of hotels that are on the lower scale as far as room price, it may be difficult for these places to hire help. The room was so so, continental breakfast was awesome. The staff was very friendly.
