Quality Inn Seekonk-Providence - Hotel in Seekonk - 341 Highland Ave, USA

I have been coming to this hotel for some time now . I can’t complain . I am very pleased with how my family and I have been treated here since we started coming in February. My kids love to spend time in the pool which is kept clean and always have fresh towels . We also enjoy the hot breakfast and the service we get from the guy who’s there in the mornings he’s such a great and friendly guy. We have been treated we respect since the first day . Prices are great we have good WiFi signal and the staff are always friendly. I will keep choosing to come here whenever I need a place to stay .

So for this hotel there's a certain amount of "Quality" you're going to get. First thing I must note about this hotel is that there were NO bed bugs. I think that's something everyone has probably been concerned about. For a hotel where you're just sleeping in for the evening, it's a great choice because it's cheap and about a 10 min drive from downtown Providence, as well as a few chain restaurants nearby and the Grand Prix for the kids. We didn't go in the pool, so I really can't say much about that. The room we stayed in was pretty average looking, but what I found odd (because of my sensory issues) is that the carpet in our room seemed moist from the AC. I could be completely wrong about that, but it was odd for me how the whole carpet just had a wet feeling to it. The breakfast was pretty good, but nothing extravagant. Just some eggs, sausage patties, cereal, bagels, muffins, danishes, waffles, yogurt, coffee, and juice. The staff there were very nice and attentive when we needed something. The pillows in our room were interesting because they were square, almost like they cut a regular pillow in half. They were very soft and comfortable, though. I honestly would stay here again to go to downtown Providence.

For almost 500.00 for two nights , I expected better. If you want a nasty room with someone’s food left in the fridge , pot smelled, be discriminated against , spied on and scammed, then stay here for sure. A lot of shady people that work and stay here. Definitely keep your children close. Update: I was able to speak with Choice hotels about the issue and Mr. Patel is well known to receive complaints. Says enough .

Called to see if they a had rooms available, and they did. Easy to get, just off the highway. Ac was on in the room when I walked in, it was comfortable. Room was clean but did smell a little like pot. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Free breakfast in the morning too. Would stay there again

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, there was no one at the check-in desk, and I had to wait a considerable amount of time for an employee to assist me. The corridors were smelly and dirty, which was quite off-putting. The room door was difficult to open, and once inside, the room itself looked dirty and poorly maintained. Additionally, I noticed that anyone could access the hotel through the side doors, which were not locked. This is a major concern for guest security. For the price we paid, I expected better. The hotel should invest more in maintaining the property and ensuring the safety and comfort of its guests.

Nice location . Pool is great . Very clean and beautiful flowers around the property. The breakfast is a decent hot meal. Rooms are clean. I would definitely book this hotel for another stay when I am in the area! Thank you for a lovely stay !

Not a bad hotel. The only complaint I have is that the showers were super small. In width. I'm not a small guy but I'm also not professional athlete big or anything. I fit comfortably in most showers, without rubbing up against things. I was touching the wall or the shower curtain or both, the entire time I was in the shower. It was terribly an annoying, and im glad I was only there for 2 nights. It's a real simple fix, too. Just install curved shower rods. Not sure why they haven't made that simple upgrade.

The owners are very involved and personable. They monitor their business to make sure guests are comfortable. They were replacing every heating and ac unit my last stay. The current ones seemed fine to me. But that shows they take care of the hotel. The staff was nice. The rooms are better than most other hotels at the same price range. Breakfast is a plus.
