Quality Inn Savannah Historic District - Featured Reviews (718)
Enjoyed our recent stay at the Quality Inn Savannah Historic District. Second year and once again were totally pleased with our visit. Loved the friendly staff who made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in the lobby. Sionavia checked us in and Selina, the general manager, came out of her office to warmly welcome us. Both were extremely cordial and professional. Perfect start to our stay.
Our favorite motel. Close to the waterfront and close to the historic district. I mean right smack in the middle of the two. Perfect for walking to either one.
The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
We loved the pancakes for breakfast and loved how welcomed Selina made us feel. She was a wealth of information and so nice and friendly. We stayed two nights.
Not the worst. As you pull up, you absolutely get "murder motel" vibes by the weed smells and the run-down and seedy exterior, but the people in the office were kind and helpful, and we saw that messes were cleaned swiftly in the lobby and eating area. The room was big and fine for basic survival without a lot of pomp. They had a microwave and fridge in the room, which is more than many luxury hotels. A/C worked well, bathroom was clean, we didn't hear a lot of noise at night even though it's a central location, and we were there on a weekend. The breakfast was actually really good! When the pancake maker wasn't working, a lady in the front desk happily fixed it. Toasted bread options, cereal, some fruit, juice, yogurt, milks, pancakes... Coffee was nasty and sludgy, but the rest was decent.
Parking was tight and kinda full.
The location can’t be beat, but the hotel has definitely seen better days. The room was quite spacious and nicely appointed, despite being kind of run down. The shower water pressure was great; the drainage, not so much. We appreciated having separate water glasses and coffee cups. The room was clean, but rundown. ||We could not have any complaints with the staff, however. Everyone we encountered was friendly, personal, and informative. Worthy of singling out was Jamila, who sorted out some reservation issues, provided some helpful information, and offered some excellent advice.
The inn is perfectly located in Savannah. The manager is a beautiful Christian lady. We had a king bed room. The air blew right on the bed, so we cooled the room down for sleeping and jacked the air up so it wouldn't blow on us all night. It worked well.
Great stay! Jakira at the front desk was super helpful. The price is fair especially compared to other places in the surrounding area. Clean rooms and convenient parking lot right next to the building. This place is awesome and so close to downtown!
The room was nice and clean. Guy at the front desk was rude and acted like we were bothering him. Break was bare minimum, pancake maker not working. We paid for a room but had to pay to park at the hotel🤬......that's ridiculous, I paid for the room why am I paying for parking. Just to sleep for 6hrs the room was way over prices just because we were downtown. If you check in today is $80 cheaper🤦♀️
This hotel is disgusting. The outside walls are super dirty, there was empty liquor bottles all over the front parking lot. The room looked clean, but who knows. The mattress was warped and the bathroom features need to be updated. The breakfast area was very tiny, only 2 tables. I feel sorry for the employees because it looked like they didn't have the right equipment for cleaning. Front desk and breakfast personal where courteous and friendly. Was going to change hotel but everything in the area was booked. Will never stay in this hotel again.
What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - itâs big and comfortable and, if you ask, theyâ
Was traveling through and had the privilege of working out with a fun and talented group. The online sign up was super easy, was able to sign my waiver and reserve a class in a jiff. The gym was conveniently located and a quick walk from my hotel. T
