Quality Inn Ruston - Hotel in Ruston - 1951 North Service Rd E, USA

Rooms was clean but the toilet would run for 5 minutes after flushing, we was charged 219.00 which was ridiculous for 1 night, the food was awful! You could not drink the coffee it stunk something terrible! I would never stay here again! We traveled to Florida and back and stayed in several hotels and enjoyed everyone of them, But this 1 was Not pleasant at all!

Very reasonable price. Could have been a 5 but the smoke detector was hanging from the wall with plastic covering it. Food not far away. It was clean. Friendly check in. Refrigerator is good size with a freezer. Towels OK. Bathroom light very, very dim. Light by the chair needs to be brighter for reading. Desk light is almost perfect. Good number of 120v outlets. TV is a little small but good enough.

I enjoyed staying here. The place is clean. The towels were fresh. The bed was firm but I was able to sleep well. I had an omelet and sausage breakfast that was good. I would stay here again.

I’m in sales and I travel the entire state. When I’m in North Louisiana. I always try to stay at the Ruston quality Inn. It’s very close to a five star hotel . The room is always clean, the AC works great, there is a fridge an microwave. I enjoy swimming in the pool, but the best thing is the free work out I get at any time fitness . I always get a good nights sleep and a delicious breakfast ! I give it five stars !

1st they gave us a room that someone else is already in. Then they gave us a room that smells good awful. They guy was spraying something and left it saying I'd probably need to spay again. Turns out, it's bug spray. Makes me cough. They are out of towels in a lot of the rooms and said that they had a water problem recently. They weren't sure if the TV and ac was working. Another guest told me they found someone's drivers license in there bed sheets. The carpet is dirty. Hot tub is out of order.

Very basic hotel, no frills but it was clean and the lady at the desk was very friendly and nice. She gave us extra towels cordially upon request. The room was clean although we booked online and ended up getting a handicap room. we did not hear noise others complain about. Breakfast was included and was a nice set up complete with waffles. Overall a very good clean basic hotel that saved us about $50 that other hotels in the area charged. Also quick and easy check in and out.

I have to say it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been too came here due to no light in my home due to the hurricane the front desk people were rude or never in there desk area for help once it was time to check out within the 5 min of leaving they charged my card for $100 cleaning fee because they said my kids left the floor sticky and the walls dirty my kids keep in mind my kids are 11 months n 2 years n I picked up everything except the trash that I put to the side cuss they didn’t have extra bags. When calling to see the charge the lady was supper rude added all this things extra that didn’t make sense. if your ever coming to Ruston DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!
