Quality Inn Russellville I-40 - Hotel in Russellville - 3019 E Parkway Dr, USA

Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. Plenty of lighting in parking lot. Behind the waffle house. Right off interstate. Not a horrible location. Definitely not the worst in town, would put it in top 10 in Russellville. It's not a bad choice, comfortable beds, decently clean not the newest but way better than other choices when others are booked.

Amazing stay. I will stay here again when I do this trip in the future. ||I believe this hotel was newly remodeled. Everything felt clean and newer. It's not the Four Seasons, but it's nice. We slept great. It was quiet, and the A/C worked very well. What more can you ask for? Sadly, we didn't get the chance to use the pool next to our room, but it looked inviting, clean, and clear. All the staff that we met were great. We checked in with Dustin around midnight and checked out with Paulette in the morning. Both were very accommodating to our circumstances with our car. Due to a tire issue, Dustin allowed us to put the car in front and gave us the room right in front of it. Since we had to have a repair done, we requested a late checkout and were granted a short extension by Paulette. ||This actually ended up being our favorite hotel on our cross-country road trip. We stayed in some nice hotels along the way, but this one was fun, clean, and memorable for my daughter and me. ||We didn't plan to stay in Russellville, but we were forced to find a hotel due to a late-night tire blowout on I-40. My daughter's hybrid doesn't carry a traditional spare due to the hybrid battery in the rear. Thankfully, there was a newly built Discount Tire that opened in April of '23. So, in the morning we had them replace the tire, check for damage, and get us right back on the road. We were disappointed that we didn't have a chance to use the pool. It looked amazing in that intense summer heat. ||Thank you, Quality Inn Russellville staff. You helped make an unfortunate event much less stressful.

The rooms were clean, but once you start looking, you will see why I gave this hotel a 1 star. I found a sider in one bed under the blankets. The other bed had a small beetle type bug. Once I turned off the main light, I only had the bathroom light on. A roach came out. I know it's not the best, but what can I expect with a 60$ room. There were boogers smeared on the wall by the bed. The hotel did call Terminex out and sprayed the rooms. So that was good, and the front desk lady also came to my room and cleaned the boogers off the wall.

This place was magnificent! Can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff were amazing! The rooms were beautiful and so clean! I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Also, my kids loved the pool, my dog was a welcomed guest and the breakfast was fantastic!

The bed was comfortable and our room was clean. My son left his coat behind and they actually kept for us and are going to mail it back to me. Now that's service.

Perfect for us since we were gone hiking all day & very grateful for the minifridge & close proximity to I 40 for our travel to the Airport & to nearby Mt Nebo & Mt Magazine for hiking & Autumn Leaves peeping

Apparently if you rent a room for the night and the people next door have a German shepherd that barks it's asking too much to be put in another room far away. The room was heavily deodorizerd which leads me to believe they are making pet urine smell. If the wild kingdom then this place is for you.

This hotel was right off the highway which was convenient. Close to places to eat. The county is dry so could not buy beer at the local store, but understand you could get it at a restaurant. The front desk lady was really nice. Would stay again.
