5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I recommend staying here, we got two queen needs not expecting to have a couch that turns into a bed, amazing for my 9 year old. We had so much room , it was not crowded at all the bathroom is very spacious. Perfect for a family of 4… Thank you to the front desk for being so kind and all the house keepers. You all are doing an amazing job 👏🏽👏🏽
This hotel really needs a renovation. Room carpet looked dirty with weird stains on the wall and creaky bathroom faucets. Thankfully the actual bedding seemed clean and no bugs as far as I noticed. Hotel also had a weird atmosphere with an entire family just hanging out in the lobby and a large group of men just loitering outside. Would personally not stay here again but it works if all you’re looking for is a place to sleep.
The dirtiest floors : noisy streets: no breakfast as advertised; no coffee in lobby as advertised. No cleaning of rooms unless requested: no garbage removal. One had to do that one self. Linens had to be picked up at registration desk: room coffee again had to go to counter. Luggage had to hefted by 2 people. Ditto for bringing down. Horrible place!
I wanna start off by saying I don’t consider myself a Karen. I’ve worked in food service, hospitality, and customer service before, so I know how angry customers can get over small problems that are out of the employees control. However, EVERYONE was in the wrong here. My flight was changed to a much earlier flight, so I called and asked about early check-in pricing. I was told it was $40, and they’d be awaiting my arrival at that time. I called a few days before my flight, just to confirm one more time, and again was told that I’d be able to check in at 2AM for $40. Great, right? When we got there at 2AM, no one was in the lobby. We couldn’t get help for about an hour. I called the Quality Inn HQs and no one on the other end could get a hold of anybody, either, until another customer walked into the lobby and started yelling for help. Suddenly, a clearly VERY sleepy employee who had been sleeping in the office (seriously dude? you work night shifts for a reason. sleep in the morning!) comes out and says he can’t check us in because we are too early. I tell him we paid for early check-in, and he informs us theres no way thats possible because it’s not on my account. Mind you, I had called twice (as previously mentioned) and bith times they told me I was all set and it was added to my booking. He then calls his manager, which in turn leads to him telling us that we can get checked in early, but it’d be $100. I was extremely frustrated at this point. I tried getting the manager and HQ to help me out in at least honoring the $40 fee i was confirmed TWICE, but HQ told me their hands were tied and that the hotel can essentially charge me whatever they please. I was then told that the $100 early check-in charge is in this specific hotels policy. I get that, but shouldn’t your employees be made aware of this? Why is your employee promising me a $40 fee TWICE when they should know its $100? I filed a formal complaint with HQ and have yet to hear back from anyone. I didn’t get checked in/sleep until 4:30AM. On the bright side, the room was nice and clean (except for an old fast food bag that was dated April 24th, 2024 that was stuffed in a drawer that somehow everyone seemed to have missed until I caught it on May 14th. Smelled like rank chicken). Cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and easy. Beds were EXTREMELY comfortable!! Overall, wouldn’t stay here again if I ever come back to California. Comfy beds and yummy breakfast can’t take back that awful experience.
This hotel is horrible, we stay there 2 times. The first time was so good but the second one we've got robbed, somebody went into our room and took our bag & our stuff. The receptionist said he took responsibility from that accident but he didn't do anything, it's about a month. We stayed there from January 28 until January 30. We still had one more night but we don't feel safe anymore so we checked out. So inconvenient.
Positive: It was close to our destination Negative: I paid extra to get the pull out sofa for my six year old daughter. When we pulled it out, there was dirty men¿s underwear and ball cap in the sofa, along with other dirt and trash. Also no sheets on or in a cabinet for the sofa bed. Negative: ""
Do NOT come here! Rooms are way overpriced and are not worth more than $50 per night. My booking is for 2 king beds, but he gave me 2 queen beds instead and without telling me before assigning it let alone before giving me the key card. 1. Horrible location; nothing nearby. 2. Room lighting is annoyingly ugly and bright (white bulbs instead of cozy yellow regular bulbs). 3. Charges a surprise $100 security deposit they oddly fail to inform the public of on any of the travel websites they're in nor in their own website. Furthermore, swiped it off of your debit card before even asking you permission nor if you need to pay it another way or with a different card! Skinny weird scary looking Latino dude with black spiky hair Wednesday night 2/28/24. What happens with guests who needed that money to pay for another night?! Or to pay a cab/Lyft to their next destination, or who don't have $100 on their card?!?! So clearly the manager here is an irrational thoughtless bias idiot. The guy said the manager does it to keep homeless people out. That's illegal; discrimination based on social caste. So I will be reporting them to all of the property officials including the California Attorney General. [I'll update this Review with employees names later.] 4. The blackout curtains don't pull, therefore what's the use of having them on the windows?! You can't close them, therefore Sun/light comes in room. Smdh. 5. Sink and shower water is BARELY THERE/EXTREMELY LOW PRESSURE.... MEANING....NO PRESSURE AT ALL. Tub drain is slow, backs up as soon as tub water spout is on instead of shower spout. 2. Musty stuffy hallways all 3 floors, and stairways (filthy/never cleaned), and lobby - despite them keeping lobby door open. 3. Breakfast is waste of time. I don't eat red meat nor pork, but UNLIKE the Bell Gardens location; this Rosemead location doesn't have sausages, nor scrambled eggs, nor pastries (in-plastic danishes/no danishes at all, muffins, McMuffin's, no wheat bread. Only white bread, she keeps only 2 pathetic hard bagels in the compartment, egg patties that are cold and have no taste whatsoever and are not kept in heat; which is an illegal health hazard). She's rude and invasive as if you're under surveillance by a guard. When at Bell Gardens quality inn that lady is courteous, out of your way, replenishes and cleans is her only focus, and she minds her business, goes and gets for you what's out or all gone or running low or missing. Keeps scrambled eggs hot and tasty, has non-stick spray for waffle machines. 4. I gave beneficial suggestions to the Asian male front desk employee 7:30am yesterday morning 2/29/24 who instead of saying "Thank you I will share those with management and owner", spewed baselessly insulting lame excuses and false assumptions....."the Bell Gardens location has more rooms than we do and are next to a casino so their rooms cost more, they can afford those better breakfast selections you say they have." "We can only choose pastries or white bread slices. "We chose flat tasteless egg patties instead of their tasty scrambled eggs because the scrambled are dehydrated." When the facts are: Bell Gardens location was only $4 more than this one and other times shows the SAME prices as this one, you CAN get rid of the hard white stale bread slices you called 'fresh' and replace them with pastries and muffins or provide both. You CAN provide scrambled hot tasty eggs, you CAN supply plant based milk not just Cow milk, you CAN provide sausages or sausage links, you CAN choose to stop being cheap and acknowledge the fact that it's because of what you're currently doig - that only a few people per morning bother to get out of bed 6:30am-9:30am to go in there for breakfast. Smdh. WAKE UP.....do better.
I'm not sure if I've ever stayed at a Quality Inn before, but I was surprised that a national chain would allow such standards. The rugs look like they haven't been cleaned in multiple years. The bed was visibly sagging and the pillows lumpy. The stairwell smelled funny. It seemed like they tried to cut corners at every chance they got. The two light fixtures in the bathroom each only had one lightbulb, not the two that it should -- it was the darkest hotel bathroom I've ever seen. I think they have a fitness room just to lure unsuspecting guests like myself. ||||The staff were nice. And the breakfast wasn't just pre-packaged muffins and coffee. The hotel looks much nicer from the outside. These things keep me from giving it one star. I don't think I've ever rated a hotel this low before.
I ordered takeout tonight and halfway through eating my food I remembered to take the pictures ð¸ so not the best representation. But it's been a rough day, the husband is sick, and this soup is what we needed tonight. The guys that were cooking to
An excellent skatepark. A good size with lots of different options. The rails and ledges vary in size and there's a good proportion of street to transition. They've utilised every last bit of space perfectly. I also love a red concrete skatepark. #
Shared a personal elote and mazapan pizza. These were both so good. Ordered the Elote because why not? First time having corn on pizza and it didn't disappoint. The mazapan dessert was really sweet and delicious but I could only handle 1 slice as an
First I would say the staffs are awesome!!! I found the best servicing staffs always in In N Out. Rosmead is special in that. The area is so clean and well maintained. They gave me a free refill! Also without asking they put side of jalapeños, I lo
Tried the gyro combo and cheeseburger combo very fresh ingredients and not oily at all. Service was fast and prices are decent. And for me to enjoy a gyro from a place like this I was amused. Maybe too much onion for me and needed a bit more sauce bu
Good place to do some work while sipping coffee. The only dings are the music in the location is a tad obnoxiously loud. Could be turned down a few clicks. There are no outlets in the area to charge and that seems to be intentional combined with the
Popular Vietnamese restaurant. The food was good. They donât have traditional pho there. The most popular dish seems to be the little dish with rice cakes. Most customers there are Vietnamese and almost every one was eating that rice cake dish.
