Quality Inn Richfield I-70 - Featured Reviews (1290)
This was by far the best place we stayed during our 2 week trek from Michigan to Utah and back. Everyone was super friendly and on top of everything. It was clean and well kept. Staff were always seen running around taking care of people's needs and keeping things neat and tidy. The pool area and hit tub were lovely - in a glassed-in patio with large sliding doors and windows. After spending time in the hot tub, we went and sat on the patio in the late evening. It was so peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and fantastic. Staff were in the kitchen, COOKING!!, and kept bringing out more as patrons filed in. The cinnamon rolls were yummy, and the biscuits and gravy were my favorite. If I come through Richfield again, I will be staying here. I liked this place even better than the really expensive places we stayed in. The restaurant right next door was great, too. It was called The Black Bear Diner. I think they are owned by the same owner.
One of the best quality inns we’ve stayed at (and we stay at a lot of them!) super clean rooms/ incredible staff, breakfast was excellent plentiful and hot and great variety. There wasn’t a “sticky floor” or icky feeling about anything here. Pool was fantastic, laundry room, front desk check in and lobby were warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay here anytime I’m down south- happy to have found a great hotel!
Overall our stay was good but could have been better. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We would have liked to use an elevator to the second floor with our luggage, but there isn't one. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hand-soap container next to the sink was empty. The layout of rooms is a little confusing and took a few times for us to find the breakfast room. The hotel is old and needs to be updated, it is by no means upscale. There were spots on the rugs in the halls. The location is very convenient near places to eat, and Walmart. The breakfast was average at best. The decaf coffee was luke-warm, not hot. The yogurt machine was empty. The TV wasn't on in the breakfast room (we usually like to watch the news). We liked that there were cookies and coffee available in the front room area! I think for the price our experience was acceptable.
An absolutely fantastic stay! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with affordable rates and exceptional cleanliness. The breakfast was the best I've ever had, featuring an extensive selection of waffles with whipped cream and berries, sausage, eggs, biscuits with gravy, yogurt with toppings, cereal, cinnamon buns, toast, juice, and delicious coffee. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the property included an enclosed pool with a hot tub, as well as disability access to the pool—all at a very reasonable price.
Front desk 10/10. Room cleanliness 10/10. I have stayed at other Quality Inns before around the country and this one has been the best. Only stayed one night, but had a great sleep rest. Black Bear Diner was next door which made it very convenient. Gas stations and other fast food just a few minutes away. Would visit again.
Wonderful experience. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. An extra plus is the location of a Black Bear Diner next door. We were able to arrive and immediately get some food in our tummies! The kids loved the pool. Staff was helpful and kind.
The hotel needs some updates, but we were generally pleased with it. Only comment was that the bottom of the shower curtain was brownish from use and needed to be cleaned or replaced. We went to the Black Bear diner next door to eat and it was great.
It's a nice place to stay. We've been there several times before. The location is convenient not only to Richfield but also to other areas of interest in Central Utah. There are a number of restaurant choices nearby and town is a shopping center for a wide area.
This was a nice stop. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was simple but great. The room was very clean and it was quiet. The mattress was a little too firm for me, but my husband said it was great. There is a restaurant right outside the hotel pa

Went last Wednesday and ended up ordering their sliders, sweet potato fries, and a drink called a girl named shoe. The sliders were okay to me, but I loved the fries and the drink that still think about it. The service was also great, and I can see m
The patience and professionalism of this restaurant is amazing. Our group started at 19, then we went to 23, then to 25--and back down to 23 (what a server's nightmare). But these servers didn't make us feel unwanted at all. They were so nice and
Clean, classic theater, with comfortable seats and clean floors. We were there for a little film festival and loved the atmosphere of the theater. The screen and sound were on par with any bigger theater chain, although the rooms were smaller with a
