Would give 0 stars if I could. Room was unsanitary and impossible to stay there. Couldn’t get a refund because my husband was there “for fifteen minutes already” which although he did check in, he was outside waiting for me the whole time to arrive since we were in separate vehicles. We didn’t see the room until I got there and made our way up there. On top of it we had our dog with us. The front desk lady who my husband spoke with to reserve the room earlier in the day was made aware of it but the pet fee wasn’t populated in the payment which made things even worse. Cops were called on us and well that’s it. Worst place in PC. Based on other reviews, we’re not the only ones who’ve gotten scammed by horrible people. Please be aware, locals or not! UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE: another room was declined due to the status of the room we were issued originally. It felt unsafe to stay there after what we walked into with the room assigned to us in the first place. Front office staff was disrespectful to my husband as well which made things more complicated during all the frustration. Company had every right to involve authorities, as any company would. End of story was that we left due to nothing being able to be done about the matter and completely lost money without even staying in the room for the “said” time given by front desk. Please check reviews before booking. We usually do, but due to the unexpected circumstances with our homes broken ac we had to act quickly. It is something we regret.

Positive: The location was nice. The resturants within walking distance was nice. Negative: The lobby has such a strong smell of perfume or detergent it was very overwhelming.The floor our room was filthy. We don't wear shoes inside the room and my children's feet were black just walking from the bed to the bathroom.We had to wear socks. Negative: ""

The window in our room, 212, looked out to a wall a couple of feet away where you could look down to the ground—-very poor design which provided no natural light. The AC sounded like a jet engine every time it cycled on. No sound proofing in rooms. We could hear people in the lobby below our room and the dog barking down the hall. Water in the shower couldn’t be regulated. It would be hot then ice cold then hot again. The “wood” floors were filthy and needed a good scrubbing. No complaints about the beds or the linens, they were old but nice and clean. Breakfast was about what you’d expect, frugal. Front desk staff were courteous and cordial.

after I check out will probably never come back here ....the elevator smells like piss and dead bodies....you leave moldy dirty containers and refill then with shampoo and conditioner...and the pool area is really dated and filthy...televisions are dated as well... very boring hotel and not really put together. only thing good is the convenience of food and gas..i know yall tired of getting bad reviews and having 3 stars....fix it people pay too muchh Money for the company to not be able to update , remodel, and clean things in your hotel really lazy and cheap of you....oh and dont forget selfish. oh and forgot phones not on either dont even get a daily tone.

While I don’t have many details to share because I didn’t actually stay after checking in due to the smell of musty mildew and the growth coming out of the ac My son had severe asthma and immediately couldn’t breathe I didn’t even unpack my car to bring stuff in because the smell of the lobby had me worried I immediately went to the office staff who said I would get a refund due to medical issues but she was not management so she had to get an approval Well it’s 5 days later and I’ve been informed I’m not getting my refund I ended up staying at another local hotel which was immaculate and a pleasurable guest experience This hotel needs to be condemned not to mention when my son asked to use the bathroom they told him not to forget to lock the door because the homeless people 😵 this place is awful and everyone should be aware staying here the vibes are strong on fear and gross that even my 2 year old was shaking saying he didn’t want to stay he wanted to go home We travel with sports frequently and have NEVER had the experience we had at this hotel. I am frustrated disappointed and upset that such fraud is allowed to happen when we clearly didn’t even stay on the premises longer than we had to. This place is awful save yourself the headache doctor bill and trouble and don’t book here

Rooms are of adequate size and lighting. Room included microwave, refrigerator/ freezer safe, big screen TV, handicap shower chair, iron and hairdryer. Ac/heater units are need of and upgrade. Poor thing struggles to keep the set temp. Very musty smell took a while air it out Curtains and drapes have holes and stains from the ac/heater unit. Beds and sheets were comfortable. Nice for a night or two but not much longer.

This hotel smells. I don’t know from what, but a very noticeable smell. The so called breakfast is about the worst I’ve ever had. We came down at 7:45 & everything was out. The attendant took her time refilling everything, so we finally just walked to Denny’s next door.

Positive: Truthfully, the housekeeping staff were very nice folks, eager to please and pleasant to speak with. Negative: Hotel management and front desk needs a bit of an attitude adjustment. The guests aren?t an inconvenience.?
