As soon as we walked into the lobby we were greeted warmly and with a smile by employee Francis. The check in process was handled quickly and efficiently by Francis. The room we walked into was clean and with fresh linens on the comfy beds. The A/C unit worked great. Which was definitely needed as the weather was quite warm in the region during our stay. The daily morning breakfast provided by the hotel was plentiful and filling. Francis hustled throughout the breakfast sessions ensuring that all items were promptly restocked or refilled and keeping the serving area clean. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely stay again. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all travelers. Keep up the amazing work! Thank you.

Combination of interior and exterior corridors. Quick and easy check-in. Carpeted floors. Comfy bed. Some noise from adjacent rooms but overall pretty quiet. Excellent free hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, and sometimes potatoes. In a very developed area, but I felt safe here. For the price and location, this hotel can't be beat.

My family and I just spent 5 nights at this Quality Inn and we were so impressed. This place was immaculately clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff went overboard to be helpful and friendly and our every need was met with smiles. The breakfast was amazing, with many options, and was delicious. We mainly dealt with Christian at the front desk but the other employees were just as kind. I would definitely stay here again and it was a short, easy, 15 minute drive to Disneyland. I would highly recommend this Quality Inn and the price was very reasonable.

Clean and tide Roms. Dogs are unfortunately allowed at the restaurant for breakfast and no limits whether eating from the tables. Rooms and room cleaning is good. It has been some strange smell throughout our stay for 13 days, though, it has not been worse than we can survive and it blown away by the air condition.

Ok, this place is an inexpensive bargain. I wasn’t sure if I’d made a mistake and gone too cheap but all was fine. Spencer at checkin Saturday was beyond excellent and accommodating. I asked to be on the first floor not knowing it was outside access which felt like a motel and hinky to me. He’d done everything and given me my keys etc then I asked for the third floor. Without even a hint of “are you kidding me” attitude he enthusiastically changed us to the third. The hallway on the third gave me a scare as the carpeting should have been replaced years ago. But once to our room all was good. Clean bathroom except that maybe someone dyed their hair and handled the blowdryer and stained the plastic. Bedding was nice, pillows great, mattress was great and we both slept perfectly. Black out pull down shade inside the curtains did their job. Breakfast was what I expected and we got outa dodge and on with our weekend plans. I’d say zero issues which truly is rare and the price was helpful in our current economy.

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a nice surprise and pretty good selection of items. The area was very quiet and the room was clean and well equipped. Will stay again. Location actually was not bad but kind of in an area with not too many places to eat or other amenities. But seemed safe and secure.

this hotel is nicely tucked away so there is a feeling of security. we did have some issues with people yelling which was no fault of the hotel and resolved itself. room was clean, bed was comfortable. it was everything i could ask for in a lower cost hotel.

The best hotel service I've ever had when organizing a large group. They were super accommodating. The pool was outside, but nicely heated. Breakfast was a little sad and generic but wasn't terrible. The key cards were easily demagnetized; several students couldn't get into their rooms after the first night. Very close to a lot of food and CSU Fullerton. Definitely will stay again when taking a large group in the area
