I got this hotel as part of the mystery hotel deals on Priceline, and I lost the gamble. I don't know how there are so many good reviews, everywhere you look, there is something unsettling in this hotel. There was no elevator, so you have to carry all your things up 2 flights of winding stairs. I'm glad I brought my own stair-climbing cart. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit with the smell. It was as if I had entered an old basement. I wanted to open the window, but there was no screen, and I wasn't about to invite all the bugs inside. I'm not even sure if the window could be opened. The smell would have been unbearable, but I brought my own air purifier and deodorizer sprays to help make the room more habitable. It was hard to sleep because I had to keep getting up to adjust the temperature on the air conditioner. It was set on auto, but I guess that setting doesn't really work. I was very reluctant to use the bathroom, it also had a strong, unpleasant odor coming from somewhere. There was hair and specs of dirt everywhere, the sink was leaking, the toilet always looked like it was about to overflow after every flush. I would've been more comfortable using a gas station restroom. For breakfast, the ham was both hard and rubbery. I also found a piece of something hard, like a bone, in one of the sausage patties. I lost my appetite after wondering what that hard piece was, and where it came from. This reservation cost me almost $70, even with a 30% discount. I regret not paying an extra $10 to get a much more pleasant hotel. In the future, I will try to avoid this place as much as possible. I will be much more cautious using mystery hotel deals from now on.

Rooms were dirty, bugs in the room. Garbage in the only staircase. ( tampons, hair products, medicine, and even a knife) . We reported it 2 days in a row. Once directly to the owner and it was never cleaned up. We had to step over it every time we used the stairs. These were the only stairs available to us. Pictures added. |Our room key got shut off every morning even though we were staying more days. I said to the font desk clerk that this was an inconvenience, and she replied, " You would be surprised how many people get inconvenienced here."|The breakfast was a joke. Cold eggs and rock hard sausage. I was right there when the staff member put the eggs and sausage in the pan, so it's not like it was sitting for a long time. In the pictures they post of there, Inn, it shows lots of nice fruit in a bowl. But not realistic. There were 2 apples. That's it. 1 package of yogurt. And I almost forgot the huge TIP jar placed where breakfast was served. Pictures added |Blood stain on bed comforter. There was a safe in but no key. I asked at the front desk and they seemed confused. Even the owner kept asking me if it was there when I checked in. Then he proceeded to tell me maybe he could call maintenance, but in the end he said we just won't have the use of it. He told me he wouldn't charge me for it. LOL.||BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER AND IVE STAYED AT CIRCUS CIRCUS LOL.

Old hotel. Rooms carpeted. First room we were in smelled disgusting—like wet carpet. Tried to use toilet and it almost overflowed—told management and they were able to switch our room quickly (and it was late and we were all ready to get to sleep). Second room smelled better so that was a blessing actually. Breakfast was fine. Had the typical hotel waffle machine.

Rooms are overall nice, shower was probably one of the better ones. However if you're light sensitive when sleeping don't stay here. Parking lot lights are quite bright and the window shades do almost nothing to block light. I could walk around the room and do things easily without turning any of the lights on. Made it very difficult to sleep. If you like a firmer bed than most hotels these are good.

While a little threadbare, this property is entirely serviceable. Room was clean, NO bedbugs, decent shower. Comfortable bed with pillow density choices. No wait for hot water. TV remote didn’t initially work but that was quickly remedied. Quiet location because there is little else around. Breakfast was significantly better than last weekend’s near MGW :).

We arrived late into the night, tired and ready to sleep. The room was poorly cleaned, and generally poorly maintained, especially the bathroom. Some loud traffic after midnight. Next morning as we were preparing to leave, we found a shirt from a previous guest on the floor next to the bed. Many other hotels we've stayed in offered clean and well appointed rooms for the same price. Convenient location, but I couldn't recommend it.

The room was pretty terrible as far as worn and stained. Carpet was stained all over, ceiling had water damage and some unsightly stains. The wooden headboard and vanity were chipped and scuffed. I expected better than this from a Quality Inn. I realize I didn't pay a lot but I do expect a room that's clean and not worn out. The bed was comfortable and clean, the air conditioner took quite awhile to bring the temperature down. Won't be staying here again.

This place was awful. Green carpet likely from the 80s. The motel smelled and had dirt on walls and doors. The shower had no hot water and no water pressure. We went and canceled the room and left. Now they are refusing Expedia to approve our refund. They will not even allow cancel of the balance of the days. The front desk person did not know how to process the cancelation. I would not stay here nor recommend it.
