Quality Inn Petersburg Near Fort Gregg-Adams - Hotel in Petersburg - 11974 S Crater Rd, USA

Awful. It was filthy. The carpet was stained, the ceiling looked like it had mold or water damage, weird noises were coming from the kitchen area(which didn't have a light), and the lamps were rusty and dusty. Desk chair was broken. Someone had dumped sheets outside on the ground and they stayed there the entire time I was there. Garbage bags were left outside rooms on the walkway. I booked 2 nights but ended up leaving after 1.

Horrible! The room was very dirty and run down. The worst hotel room. A nightmare experience. Dirty floors, uncomfortable beds and a dilapidated bathroom. The refrigerator and air conditioning are noisy. Don't go sleep in this rat hole!!!

I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. When I arrived May 11, 2024 I checked in. When my friend and i arrived to our room it was disgusting we didn’t even want to place our things down. The bed sheets had burn holes the carpet was filthy and the tub OMG. It was a disgrace. I can’t even believe they would rent a room like this. Holes in the wall and all. Thank god I was refunded and found a wonderful Comfort Inn suites in Colonial Heights Southpark area. I will NEVER book another Quality Inn in my life.

This place is absolutely disgusting. It needs both alot of bleach and a touch of jesus. The smell in the room was horrendous, the paint was peeling off the ceiling, the refrigerator cabinet was busted and ready to fall apart, and the faucets has so much scale on it it was flaking off. The mattress was all stained so I laid the bath towels on the bed and slept on that. Seriously don't stay here unless you are desperate!

Some of the staff are very pleasant and helpful, but one particular young lady can be very rude. I have stayed here going on 3weeks because of relocating from Texas. Some rooms needed more cleaning but the staff gave me rooms that were nice and clean and suitable for the price. The cleaning lady and her husband ( I am guessing) are very lovely and sweet. The location I like and I feel safe and comfortable. Reasonable price for this hotel👍😁

Not kept up well at all. At least they allow pets for a reasonable price if you need a place that Allows pets. We're out of items in the breakfast area and no one seemed to know or care if or when the would be replaced.

I have visited this Quality Inn several times. The rooms were clean but outdated. The air and heating system needs to be updated as well. The pool was open. The staff at check in was very nice and polite.

The Good. Price was reasonable, bed was comfortable and the location right off I-95 was great. Furniture looked like second hand from Salvation Army, Floor was not very clean. WIFI extremely slow. Had to load email 3 times before it would load. Maybe a lot of people were on it. vanity faucet flopped around because it was not mounted to countertop. Shower had low pressure, so it took longer to shower. Had coffee maker but no coffee cups.
