Stayed 3 nights in July in a king, second floor room. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Tub and shower were clean and operating well with good water flow and hot water supply. Breakfast was good, with enough options to provide variety in a 3-night stay. Pool and hot tub were smallish, but suitable for the number of guests using them. Check in and out were quick. My only complaint was that there was considerable road noise in the room at times. We were in a room near the Redwood/McDowell intersection, which seemed to function as a bit of a racetrack. Didn’t seem to bother my wife, but it did affect my sleep to some extent. Rooms on the other side of the building probably wouldn’t experience this. Overall, I would rate this hotel 9 out 10.
I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Quality Inn Petaluma The room was very nice as well as clean and tidy. Breakfast was served every day until 10:30 a.m. and they even had hot items such as sausage and bacon with eggs and tortillas and a little salsa bar. The linens were fresh and crisp and in newer condition. The customer service was above and beyond and they were very considerate to my needs for late checkout. Overall I would highly recommend this place which is right off the freeway and has a great rate. Also their family friendly atmosphere acknowledges the safety of this property. They also have a pool for when it's hot!
Location is easy to find, just off the 101. Very friendly staff greeting you as you enter. Includes a nice breakfast too! The overall condition of the property is excellent, rooms are clean and fresh. I'll come back and stay here again on my next visit to this area!
The room was very nice. Enjoyed almost everything. No elevators, and an old whirlpool tub. But I have to say that's my only complaint. Everything else was great. Breakfast even had bacon and sausage. I will definitely stay here again, but only if I can have a ground floor room.
Great stay. Not an upscale hotel, but breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. Kid friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. Price was great too.
Very nice hotel. Nice room, had no problems. Solid continental breakfast. Right off Highway 101 exit. Walking distance to 7/11, fast food, and restaurants. Really nothing to complain about...good choice if you are stopping in this area.
Got this hotel last minute on a whim and it looks nothing like the pictures. The carpet is stained and looks unclean, and the fridge did not work. There wasn’t any parking available and the only spot that was- was a tow away zone. Not to mention this hotel in an unsafe location- I would not recommend
Stayed here weekend of the 17th in August and left my AirPods by accident so immediately called front desk about this. They told me they would look and supposedly never found them. When I mentioned that they might want to question the staff as it’s been tracked back to the hotel still they said their staff don’t steal which right after this my device was untraceable. Don’t trust the staff here they will come in your room and steal or steal stuff left. The minute you check out they scavenge the rooms. Court civil case pending on this.
Fun! Fun! Fun! Great place. Quirky in the best way. Loads of eye candy sponsored by French antiques and great taste. Owner graciously upgraded us to a 2 room {my twin and I} so that was very generous. I took photos to send to my architect husband and
When I signed my daughter up for private self-defense classes, I expected her to learn how to protect her head when/if she falls and what to do if someone grabs her arm, etc. But then the most unexpected change happened after only a few lessons with
