Quality Inn Pelham I-65 exit 246 - Hotel in Pelham - 110 Cahaba Valley Pkwy, USA

It's a good place if you just need somewhere to lay your head for the night. They do have hot breakfast in the morning including eggs and waffles. The beds were comfy and the AC worked too good really. There wasn't any hot water in the sink but there was in the shower. I think some of their bedding needs updated and we found several burn holes in them. There is a outdoor pool but we didn't use it. It is close to a Walmart and several restaurants.

I would say for the area, it was a decent hotel for the price. Hotel was quiet, in a good location, and staff was friendly. My room was decently cleaned. Sofa in the room was dirty, floors could use a moping, and for some reason when I stepped on the flooring by the bathroom water was coming up from underneath it. I would stay here if it was just for a quick night, but unsure of a couple of nights

Awesome hotel! Everything was clean, room, and outdoor pool. Really enjoyed our day here, friendly staff, professional, safe location, internet works great, they have great vending machines with snacks and drinks. Also, an ice machine everything worked and had an amazing time! Breakfast was good as well! No complaints for me and no issues during my stay and definitely will stay again!

Outside was well kept, staff friendly. Room not so nice. Torn shower curtain and a desk chair that had it! Not the cleanest either. Refrigerator worked great and appreciated. Walking distance to restaurants. Location and Price for the room good for one night only, but not again,

The jacuzzi in the room was nice and worked well. The hotel is at a perfect location surrounded by restaurants & shopping with the Galeria Mall 3 minutes up the road. Salt Grass Steakhouse is right across the street. Staff is quality people..... I will definitely stay here again!!!

Positive: Location Negative: Found bedbugs at 1130pm at night. Could not be moved until the next day because the hotel was full. I was then put into a room with no microwave. I had to carry all my stuff down stairs because there's no elevator. Very poor experience. Will not be back. Negative: ""

Typical quality inn. They don't say it's good quality. That being said, at the price, it's acceptable. I felt safe and everything seemed clean enough. As usual, the tub drained too slow so your shower ended in a couple inches of water. That's pretty much every quality inn now days. Plenty of food and gas near by and Pelham is a nice area of town.

Positive: It was located near very many restaurants. The room was very spacious. Negative: The bathroom floor looked very dirty,especially in the corners. Some furnishings are showing a lot of wear and tear and need to be replaced. Negative: ""
