Quality Inn - Hotel in Aurora - 1011 S Abilene St, USA

I loved my stay here. Stayed for a week. Room was decent, not great, but sufficient. Bed was super comfortable and clean. The A.C. worked perfectly and the T.V. had some good channels. The ENTIRE staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Shout out to Jeanette, Sarah and especially Ruth who helped me find anything that I needed in the area. And overall, the price was VERY affordable. My neighbors were cool too. I will be coming back. The only thing in my opinion that could use some improvement is the breakfast. Maybe some fruit options would have been nice.

The rooms have been updated and are really nice. I like the old carpet better, just me. They are big (one bed), bathrooms are big. For the price it's great. I'm staying long term and moved from a smaller room in a newer building with indoor access where I paid more and the room wasn't as nice even though they had kitchenettes. The service is great if you can catch Ruth, she is very helpful and friendly. I didn't see her when I first came to see a room and the afternoon desk person was on a personal phone call when I came in which she didn't end. She took a call on the hotel line then went back to her personal phone call before asking me what I wanted. I came back the next day because I was hoping to find someone more customer friendly and found Ruth who was here when I stayed here last year. She remembered me and helped me to find a room that I liked. The other guests can sometimes be a little sketchy. But in recent years that's just part of staying in motels. I heard arguments the first 3 nights I was here right next door and behind my room. I was going to call the police because I thought somebody was physically fighting but by the time I figured out which room it was they had stopped. The good news is they said they would not let somebody extend if they had reports they were fighting. Then the first night with no arguments I heard a dog barking. Somebody apparently left it alone in the room for hours. The location is great for quiet. Even though it's near the highway my room is in the courtyard which blocks most of the street and highway noise. There's always a parking spot close by. Restaurants next door and across the street. Quick access to the highway.

My second time staying here. The only reasons why I returned for a second stay was price, and no lobby walk-thru to get to the rooms. Park right in front of your room, that's the main reason. Low class clientele, if you know what I mean. Made sure I took valuables out of my car at night. Front desk lady was pleasant enough but was wearing a covid mask--in 2024! "Breakfast" is high-sugar, high-carb junk. My room was fine, except kitchenette was not functional. Would I stay here again? Probably, and only because of no lobby walk-thru to get to your room, which is hard to find.

It was clean and the ladies at the front desk were great. Only negative was ALOT of activity all night. No one bothered us though.

Rooms have been updated but a sketchy crowd that’s staying here. Booked a king room and got a queen bed. Room is nice as long as you don’t have loud neighbors looks like there’s whole families sharing a room here. Just be warned it’s not a normal hotel.

My room was clean, no issues, competitive prices, safe area. Good service.

Pretty terrible lodging, people running around slamming on doors and yelling. Breakfast is very very limited and I tried calling and they immediately put me on hold for well over 20 minutes.

When I went to check in ,the lady who was in the front was very impolite we came from Phoenix driving more than 14 hours and we just wanted to rest. We make a reservation and it was already paid and she couldn’t find it. I did have the confirmation number and received but she keeps telling that the where nothing pay so I have to pay again, she Couldn’t help me at all she showed attitude to everybody not me. 😭😤
