The folks on the desk are helpful and nice but this hotel is in desperate need of upgrade - depressing rooms, bad lighting, ancient decor, etc. The breakfast is bleak with various machines not working. Owners, make an effort!!
The room was nice and clean. An elevator would have been nice since we are both seniors. Also, I had to go to the front desk for towels.
The rooms were cold. The bathroom was dirty, plaster on the walls and floor. Breakfast area should have been maintained for cleaning and having fresh food. There wasn't any coffee.
Not much to talk about somewhat rude male employees dark hits better hope ur inside if not and ur own far end its exercise to just get to ur room. Entering from Lobby only. Gotta drag luggage upstairs hot halls breakfast isn't much either
Totally won't be back they locked the outside doors at night and the keycard readers for the doors don't work but the doors weren't just locked coming in but also going out can anyone say fire codes violations
One of the most horrific hotel stays I've EVER encountered! Walking into the hotel there was unsavory looking people in the parking lot, the "locked at all times door" was held open by a shoe in the door. No room pass key needed! The room looked decent at first look.. looks can be deceiving! We ordered a pizza, what was left in the box we put on the table for our daughter and grandson who was coming to stay in another room. When they arrived she said the hall smelled strongly with marijuana. She opened the pizza box to get pizza and roaches run everywhere. To make matters worse my husband went to take his medicine and a drink from a can of soda he opened an hour earlier and there was roaches on and I assume inside the can. There's been no apologies, refunds at all! I didn't sleep nor did we feel comfortable leaving at night. I am still upset over the ordeal. It was not a pleasant place or would I recommend it to anyone!
When I visit Clarksdale Mississippi my family and I stay at the Hampton Inn because of the convenience it offers to our relatives. During this particular stay, Oct 28th-Oct 29th, I got to meet the most amazing staff! The woman that checked us in, I f
On a cold Wednesday night in January we came here after we saw a flyer a blue cotton bake shop we needed to check bad apples blues club out. And we are so happy that we did! It was a very special hart touching night with a lot of live music and histo
Go see the new sales associate Caressa for assistance. She was absolutely amazing. She made my experience of furniture shopping a whole lot easier. She was also very polite. She helped me to pick out the best furniture. I am very grateful.
Great night listening to "Reverent" Roberts. Met Stan Street as a wonderful host, working hard, like most of Clarkesdale, to keep the sound and those vibes alive. Thanks Stan!
What a neat, cozy little place off the beaten path. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. If you are here, it's a must go, and if we get back through, we will be back.
