The evening staff(lady with long dark hair) was fantastic. Morning staff( lady with short gray hair )was terrible! I calmly expressly my concern and she blew me off completely. Just saying that was the way it was. She could have just said I will let my manager know instead of spending 10 minutes telling me it just was the way it was. A little customer service goes a long way. Also the pool was broken, me and my children got in the pool only to stir up a ton of dirt and debris. When we got out of the pool we were covered in a gross sticky oily film.
The front desk lady was do short and dismissive I asked 2 housekeepers if there was any type of manager available even a Housekeeping manager, I was told no the lady at the front desk was the only one I could talk to.
Beds super firm
Housekeeping will wake you at 8 am by slamming door every 45 seconds.
If you enjoy gross pools, terrible customer service, and being woke up to slamming doors, and absolutely no management this is the place for you.
The room was outdated and dark but very clean. Air conditioner blew ice cold. Excellent water pressure in the shower. We bring our own toiletries so we didn't have to worry, but the shampoo and conditioner looked half full and used.
Breakfast is from 6-9. Waffles, fruit, bagels and toast, microwavable Jimmy Dean sandwiches, juice and coffee.
Free parking with plenty of spots. The check in host gave us some tourist tips when we said we were driving up to Niagara Falls which was nice. The room price was fair and we would stay again
Check-in was fast, the clerk was funny, she said something I've never heard before. The room was clean, everything worked, that bed was THE most comfortable, I slept very well in it; just wish we could have stayed longer, I would have slept more. We didn't get to eat breakfast as we were in town for a funeral and my husband had to be there early, but when we come back to Niagara Falls, we'll stay there again and have some breakfast.
I spent one night here on a solo drive from Vermont to Ohio. I was a bit apprehensive when I first saw the building and the neighborhood surrounding it, but once inside I found a clean, quiet, efficient facility. I had asked for a quiet room--nothing is worse then checking into a hotel after a long drive and being placed amongst traveling sports teams, partiers, arguing couples, screaming children, etc.-- and my request was noted and honored. My room was quiet. The only sound I heard all night was traffic on the highway, which is soothing. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient for getting enough to eat and getting back on the road.||If I were to make any suggestions for improvement, the facility is probably in need of new carpet as it looks a bit shopworn both in the hallways and my room. But it was clean, so that's a minor note.||All in all, I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again the next time I make this drive.
Only thing that was cool it was quiet. If you want people walking into your room please stay away. I went to file complaint with morning front desk 8/21/24 and she didn’t care at all told me mistakes happen get over it it’s not a big deal. A male walked in my room invading my privacy how is that not a big deal? Bathrooms were dirty tub stoppers doesn’t work. Fruit is old for breakfast. Overall no one should invade your privacy when you have the PRIVACY SIGN ON DOOR! Why do they have the signs if they still invade our privacy.
Positive: It was close to the highway to get to the thruway. Negative: The hotel had a old damp cigarette smell. The chair was old and raggady. The chair, carpet and curtains looked like they had bodily fluids on it. The person working the front desk was helpful. We changed our room to only end up with the room was same
Had a decent time staying here. Breakfast was good here standard international breakfast . The lady who takes care of the breakfast area does a great job . Rooms smell a bit funny but it's a hotel so yeah 😅
The fire alarm started to beep in the middle of the night and they gave us another room so they will take care of you here.
Positive: Most of the staff were really nice Negative: It smells terrible. They carpets are stained and the rooms aren't properly cleaned. Breakfast was also disappointing. All you had was waffles without any hot selections. The cups for the coffee were also leaking like crazy. I would never stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. All of the staff except one young lady at the front desk on Monday morning were wonderful. The breakfast cook did an amazing job. He really made our day with his fun loving attitude. Michelle at front desk was so nice, and
Best hotel I have stayed at recently! Modern, clean and very comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet with omelettes and bacon as well as other offerings.Victor who checked me in was the best! Friendly and courteous even while handling a difficult guest. N
A lot of trails that are well maintained. Restrooms available that are not just port-o-pottyâs. Plenty of parking in many areas where different trails start
First time at rock burger, always have drove passed & never gave it a try- so glad we came in, the food was yummy! Onion rings were a bit over cooked but Iâd rather it be that than undercooked & soggy , wings were good, didnât like the ranch much
No fuss, casual pizza joint that is family run. I've been going here for 5 years and I just realized after my most recent order that they have never gotten my order incorrect. Not once that I can remember. Food is reasonably priced with taxes include
A friend of mine and I enjoyed lunch at Chester's. He's wheelchair bound and initially we thought we wouldn't have access but the amazing waitress took out the ramp, installed it within a minute and had a table ready for us. We weren't too sure if th
