Quality Inn near University of Mobile - Hotel in Saraland - 1111 Industrial Pkwy, USA

The room was nice and quiet, the linens were clean and nice. The room was clean, the floors and carpet could use a good mopping and cleaning but that seems to be expected these days. 🤷‍♀️ The bathroom was nice and roomy because we had a handicapped room but the water pressure was dismal. It just took a little longer to get rinsed off. 🙂 Breakfast was provided but was not good. The waffle maker timer isn’t set correctly so they were raw in the middle and there was no syrup but they did have REAL butter! The eggs and gravy were fake and the juice machine was empty and out of order.

The hotel staff is nice but the hotel itself has mold issues. I booked for a week and after a couple days started to feel stuffy and headache. Began looking more into the room and found mold spots everywhere. Initially I thought the ceiling dark spots were where they painted over dust but now I’m not so sure. I found black mold everywhere. I’m allergic so after my finding I indeed checked out. Hopefully they’ll get their issues fixed as the hotel staff is great. Just need more deep cleaning and new furniture. The chairs are stained beyond belief, stains everywhere that obviously still have substance from not being cleaned. Overall 1 star and only because of the staff. Room number 126 for those making sure not to get the same one.

Great clean room, great rate, great location & icing on the cake was the FREE hot breakfast. My Family enjoyed the out door pool while I got some work done in the business center and also got a little workout done in the fitness center while my wife used the guest washer and dryer. They have everything!!

I used to be very happy with this hotel. But on my last visit I asked the front desk to remove the charge for the safe, which I would not use. The clerk removed the charge, but the manager added the charge back to my bill the next day. I called and asked them to remove it for accounting purposes, but never heard back from them.

This has to be the worst hotel. The rooms smell awful……like people have smoked in them. The halls ways have a smell I cannot describe. I felt nasty the whole time I was there. Another friend had like a blood spot on their sheets. IT IS NASTY AND SMELLS AWFUL!

It's okay. Needed a room for the night. The paint in room was spotty with appeared to maybe be doing touchups but didn't finish. Beds had definitely seen better days but were comfy. Quiet, which was a plus and great breakfast options.

I'm writing this review because my mother recently stayed at this Quality Inn and I wanted to share this story that warmed my heart. ||After a stressful few days my mom arrived at the hotel where she was safe and comfortable. She was able to rest and relax. The staff was friendly and helpful; but what really made an impression on me was when she told me that the morning of her departure the gentleman working the desk noticed that she was up and waiting in the lobby. Now it was super early and this guy showed her attention and concern. He got her a cup of coffee and made her feel at ease while she waited. See, my mom didn't have a vehicle. She was up that early waiting for a ride to the airport. The gentleman was even willing to call a ride for her. Eventually mom's ride did get there and she caught her flight. I'm personally thankful for the attendant at the hotel for keeping an eye on her. That type of service is what it's all about!

Not really a 110 room ,we stayed at a 80 a night sleep inn in gulfport that was definitely worse, but a 100 room in Galveston at a Hamptons an really well worth it, but we needed some rest so i cant make it home, but i really wouldn't sent 110 for this room
