Quality Inn near Blue Spring - Hotel in Orange City - 445 S Volusia Ave, USA

The staff are great and the hotel is clean but I had 2 dirty hand clothes fall from the shower curtain when I opened it, the shower head sprayed water everywhere and I had a little visitor. I asked the front desk to get my shower head fixed and remove the unwanted guess. When I returned to the hotel to get in the pool, I was told it wasn’t working. Frustrated I asked for some clean towels and was given 2 floor towels. Management needs to step it up!!!! Start with getting a read sign and not a covered up best western sign. I wouldn’t stay here or any other quality in again.

We stayed there 1 night we were running around and decided to stay in town instead of driving the few hours home with our daughter. Sereena was super helpful and sweet! We had our 10 month old daughter with us and had her pack n play and other stuff, so I asked for a downstairs unit and she said "We have one left! It was waiting for you!" We spoke a little bit, I asked about breakfast and then we were to our room. No complaints! The bed was very comfy, actually got 4 pillows for our king bed (yay!!) Sereena told us that if we needed anything to just ask and she'd be happy to help, but we didn't need it as everything was great!! Thanks!

I stayed at this hotel few nights ago...front desk was extremely pleasant to speak to, they had a new girl training I think her name was Serena she was extremely friendly and informative. Rooms were decent and clean. I recommend this hotel and we will be back for sure.

Thankfully did not experience any of the negatives mentioned in the other reviews. The rooms were adequate and clean, you can tell this is an old place, it looks like a dog chewed on our bathroom door, it was painted over and looks presentable. Thing I had a hard time finding was what was served for included breakfast. Here is what was there Make your own waffle Honybun Yogurt Oatmeal Cereal Juice Coffee Not the best not the worst.

A bit expensive for the amenities.smoking room next door to non smoking room.check the room and take pics just in case.

Very nice staff and clean place. Left truck and trailer for a couple days while we rode bikes. Owner was very accommodating and we will be back.

This was one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in and the price was out of control for the size of the room, but there was not any other hotel available for a 30+ minute drive and we were exhausted. I'd never stay here again. Staff at front desk was nice, however, and the place is dog-friendly (no cats). Maybe that is why the room smelled like dog and feet.

Nastiest place. We came here last time because our septic tank needs repairing so we couldn’t use our bathrooms. Anyways, we requested non smoking rooms and we got room 109/110 and they both were stinking pretty bad. We barely slept because there were people fighting outside the room, we called the front desk and nobody answered. Safe yourself the headache and don’t stay here. One of the rooms had roaches.
