Quality Inn - Hotel in Fairfield - 2170 N Texas St, USA

The room was clean and comfy, the amenities are what I expected for the price. Rae at the front desk at check in was amazing. She was helpful and super accommodating and just a joy to interact with! The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Just waffles, cereal, and yogurt when it had been sold as a "hot breakfast" felt like a let down, but it was sufficient to fuel me through my morning. The water pressure was good in the shower. Generally very good for the price!

I like this place. I feel like the rooms are very clean and comfortable and some of the most amazing comfortable beds and pillows I have experienced at any hotel location. I decided to come early to my event and use the pool. It was decent. It was nicely shaded in one small section so that the 107 degree weather wasn't beating down on my head in the pool was cool and not heated to where it felt like bathwater. I appreciated the coolness but it wasn't so cool that it was uncomfortable, it was just right for a hot summer day. My only gripe was that nobody had screened the pool for some time and there was tons of nasty hair and candy wrappers floating in the water. Besides that no issues with the pool. The free breakfast was nice but very limited. Actually it was quite pathetic. The offered nice waffles and juices and small yogurts. Besides that, there was not much else which was a major disappointment. Usually these places offer some type of egg or sausage and bacon but they offered none. With the great pricing of this place I guess I cannot complain so much. this is my second time here, and I will definitely come again because of the fantastic pricing and comfortable rooms. If you're looking for bougie high-class places that you overspend on, this is not for you. If you are looking for a nice, clean and well-priced, fair place to stay, definitely try this place out.

I was pleasantly surprised!||The guy working the front desk, Lance, is a sweetheart. He's very cheerful, nice, pleasant & polite. He was very helpful & I enjoyed speaking with him.|| Upon entering the room, it looked & smelled very clean.|| The room & dressing area were extremely spacious! And so was the bathroom & the shower. There was also an iron, ironing board & blow dryer that were in the room. The K size bed came w 5 nice pillows. And the room included a mini-fridge & a microwave, which were a surprise to me. That little fridge kicked ass! I had 2 buckets of ice on the top shelf & had turned the setting to high (coldest) & by mid-way thru the nite, both buckets were almost frozen solid. By morning, they were.||They have a pool, which is open from 8 am - 9 pm, but I've gotta warn u, it's ICE COLD!! So swimming was out for me. It also had some dirt on the bottom of it, but, meh, it wasnt too bad. The pool area is also where the ice machine is located.||Check-out time is 11 am & I asked for a late check-out, to which I was told 11:30 am is the latest that they will do. 🙁 Their alarm clock is great. No matter how many times u hit the snooze button, that sucker will keep going. At least it did for me for 2 1/2 hrs. 😔|| They also have bkfst, which is included. It's just waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice & coffee & stuff like that, but that's cool. It's filling. The waffles are fat & the apple juice is really good & sweet. Bkfst hrs are from 6:30 am - 9:30 am (hence setting the alarm clock for 6:30 am, but not getting up until 9!) And u need to eat the food in their little bkfst room. No taking it bk to ur room.||One add'l thing, .... When you check-in, they require a deposit of $150. If u put it on ur card, it will take from 7-10 BUSINESS days before it is returned to u. If u pay cash, u will get it returned to u when u check-out.|| I highly recommend this place & will def stay here again if I ever find myself needing a hotel while I'm in Fairfield.||Thanks for making my stay very enjoyable & pleasant!!!

After a multi day stay I was asked to leave by management. I had went to the desk and extended our stay the day before but I guess it didn't count. They called me in the morning and said we need to pay. Which they had my credit card on file and will probably steal the entire security deposit. I asked if it was OK if we paid after work. The lady said that's fine no worries just come to the office after work. I did just that and the manager who wasn't even there and refused to talk to me told the desk employee to ask us to leave. I filed complaint with corporate. There is a serious security issue on the premises and the employees refused to do anything about the homeless and vagrants that sneak behind the hotel. Caught one attempting to break into a truck after going into the bed of it.

Quiet, clean, comfortable room. Rae was wonderful at check-in. Noise wasn’t too much of a problem. Pool is quite nice. Breakfast is cold cereal, waffles, and fruit. Very delicious. Wi-Fi is decently fast for streaming. No phone in the room, but I didn’t mind. :-) Thank you!

My wife and I stayed at the Quality Inn Fairfield in July, 2024. ||This felt like a hotel that has either seen better days, or maybe it's seen worse days and they're trying to make it better? Not sure, honestly... ||There were signs of our room having a fairly recent attempt at freshening up, and while it wasn't completely horrible, there were some places where paint was peeling off the wall. So a little more attention to detail might be warranted.||The free breakfast was very short on options, though they did have a "make your own waffle" station, so that's a plus. And when I called the front desk to ask about whether they have an ice machine, I was told it was in the pool area and the lady at the front desk wasn't sure if it was working. We searched all around the pool area and couldn't even find it, so we don't know if it was working or not.

The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Alot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby the location. There was free breakfast. Waffles, 2 or 3 kinds of cereals, orange and apple juice amd yogurt. I just wish that the coffee will Improve since it was not that good. For some people coffee is the breakfast itself. Overall it will do. Rae greeted us with smiles and even gave us a courtesy call since we checked in passed 3PM. I think the courtesy call is a good idea to follow up with guest if they're arriving late or early. Thank you.

we had a really great time! rae made sure we were set for the night. the pool rules! great sleep and peace of mind :) amenities are thoughtfully assembled, and the clear signage for rules / prices was very appreciated for us introverts. thanks for a great stay
