Room was not cleaned before we checked in. Sheets had cigarette burns and ominous stains. Room was outdated, plenty of paint chips in the walls, the TV did not work, and the outlets on the walls had corrosion, clearly in need of some maintenance. Rooms and the hotel in general had an odor of cigarettes and marijuana, despite the no smoking signs everywhere. Toilet didn't even work, used it once and the plunger stayed open, kept dumping water into the bowl (thankfully I caught it before it overfilled.) The toilet would continue to fill the reservoir as if it were leaking. The room and the building was clearly not maintained. Walls were very thin, and could hear conversations in the other rooms. I would never stay here again, and suggest others to avoid this like the plague. If you don't care about the above, then by all means, have at it.
The room was great for the price. Everything was clean. We needed no other service than the front desk and check-in & check-out were very nice and friendly. The other hotels in the area had a lot of activity in their parking lot and Quality Inn did not. It felt safe to sleep and not worry about the car.
We were a little disappointed with breakfast. No fruit.
Disgusting. Obviously, it had been smoked in despite being a non-smoking room. Curtains were dirty and had cigarette burn holes. Sheets had cigarettes burn holes. Took the room out of desperation after the hotel we booked with had overbooked themselves. Found a screen behind the hotel... we did not have a screen on our window in the morning. I'm not sure if it was ours.
We were appalled! 1) For starters the keys didn't work for our room door! 2) Then the side entry door the key wouldn't work there either. We were informed that they were aware but unsure when it could be fixed! 3). Then sorry we apologize but the elevator doesn't work either. You'll have to carry all your belongings up the stairs! 4). When we decided to take showers the hot water came and went....not consistent.... The Hotel complimentary shampoo and soaps were previously used and only partial filled bottles....seriously? 5). Then you have a night club next door. The fighting woke us all up at 230 am and the police were called due to a gun being displayed in the crowd. Just a FYI!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Should be shut down!! Checking in was awkward, desk clerk only wrote my name and number on a scratch paper..we took the key and went to our room. It was late, so showers and bed at midnight..at 2am we were woke from a dead sleep of someone using a key to enter our room!! Luckily we had both locks done. They attempted a second time and were able to get fingers thru the opening!! My husband then slammed the door!! He looked out the peephole and seen a man walking away down the hallway!! we immediately gathered our belongings and carefully went to the desk to tell the desk clerk we were leaving. He informed us he didn’t have us registered to the room!! Besides that nightmare, the room was dirty, smelled like smoke, holes in the sheets, burn marks on curtains and the list goes on!! Have we gotten our money back…nope!! Am I gonna be a pain and keep demanding it..ABSOLUTELY!! We felt unsafe and threatened by someone trying to enter our room!! We drove an hour…slept in our vehicle at a rest area!!!! Again…DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Arrived at 2pm. Checked in to only have our keys not work. Had to have the claiming staff get us in since the front desk guy kept saying there is nothing wrong with the keys. Hallways smelled old and like weed. Bedding had stains and holes in them. Air conditioner was very loud and rattled the entire time. Cracked paint, shower curtain barely holding on and the towels didn’t smell cleaned. Found dried sausage on the carpet but they confirmed the room was cleaned. Elevator very dirty. Staff although nice, didn’t seem to care about any of my concerns.
Don't even think of staying here! The whole hotel smells like smoke. Holes in the sheets, plus weird stains. A pair of women's underwear under our mattress. Cracks in the toilet, bathroom mirror, counter; holes in the ceiling. I saw a used q-tip in the stairwell. No one cleaned our room during our stay. This hotel has pretty much single-handedly turned me off Choice Hotels.
Absolutely filthy hotel. Cigarette holes in the sheets. Sheets were also stained. A pair of women's underwear under the mattress. Everything was cracked - toilet, bathroom mirror, bathroom counter. The whole place smelled of smoke despite being a "non-smoking" hotel. Saw a used q-tip in the stairwell. No maid service that we saw - no one cleaned our room during our stay. I had to request fresh towels at the front desk. I felt both unsafe and dirty during my entire stay. Please, be smarter than me - read the reviews and stay somewhere else. I don't want to exaggerate, but I truly am done staying at Choice Hotels after this. The "cheaper rates" (when there are any) just can't justify the poor conditions of hotels like this.
Recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation with friends at the hotel. The ambiance was fantastic-stylish decor, comfy rooms. However, service, while good, could use a bit more attention to detail. A slight improvement in service would elevate it to a soli
One of the best food experiences I have had in Minnesota hands down. The eggplant gravy is unrealâ so delicious. But I am now on a mission to try every dish on the menu and so far every dish is excellent. Staff have always been very helpful and fri

I can't believe this place is right in my neighborhood and I just now tried it. The guys at Scoreboard know how to make a classic, flavorful, quality Sota Style Pizza. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and waited on us hand and foot. This is a
