Overall pretty good. I was on the first floor, rooms seemed to be updated not too long ago, but there not perfectly clean (I guess if they where this would be a Hilton and it wouldn't be 100 bucks a night either).
The shower backed up a little bit and the restroom cleanliness could use some work but like I said it's 100 a night (or just under) plus Menards is right down the street. (I'll save $90+ a night and can clean my own bathroom)
The beds where stiff but I find that fine, my coworker said it was a bit rough on his back but the pillows are fuffy and nice, and NO BUGS or stains on the sheets. Im guessing if they had bugs a few years ago there all gone now.
There's a bar in the hotel, music is not heard in the room(we where half way back) so it's nice to have a drink and a short walk to your room.
There's a pool, and yes pool towels, small pool good for kids, no bathroom in pool house it's shared with the pub patrons so be mindful of that. No hot tub, but again, it's a step up from basic hotel.
Check the date of this review! As of my stay on 04.18.24, this hotel has not yet completed some major renovations. The following issues I had may be fixed after the renovations are complete. The internet wifi connection in the room was spotty to non-existent. The helpful lady at the desk could only suggest I move to a different room which I did after realizing I would get no work done. The new room was just down the hall. Even there the wifi was spotty and slow. The shower did not drain and the toilet required several flushes to empty. The continental breakfast was not what I expect from a Quality Inn. It was in a small cramped area and the selections were more like you'd find at a Super 8. I am hopeful they will work out these kinks once the renovation is complete.
Rooms were mediocre at best. Then a day after checkout, they hit my bank card 3 times for a total of almost $400 on top of the cost of the stay that had already been deducted from my account even though their sign said that it would only hold an additional $10/day. Then when I called to inquire why this had happened, hoping it was a simple mistake, Becky proceeded to tell me that the way their system is set up, it hits different cards different times for different amounts and made it sound like it was all random. When I asked why they didn't put THAT on the sign instead of just saying they hold an extra $10/day, Becky got very angry and literally SCREAMED over the phone "I'M NOT THE ONE THAT WRITES THE PROGRAM!" Between them taking an extra $400 off my card and the employee screaming at ME even though I'M the one that's out the money, I find it to be absolutely piss poor performance coupled with the most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced in my life! DON'T STAY HERE!!
I had a confirmed reservation for Friday and Saturday, May 17 and May 18, for an accessible bathroom and a king bed. When we checked in we were given an unaccessible room with 2 queens, When I called the front desk from that room I was informed that even though I had a confirmation they had given my accessible room with the king bed to someone else. They offered me a room with a king bed without the accessible bathroom or I could go over to their neighboring affiliated hotel for the accessible bathroom but with only 1 queen bed. I chose to make do with what I had but I was very unhappy. The wi-fi was abysmal also!
They are remodeling and I must say my room was beautiful, it was just as nice is the expensive holiday inn next door. The pool is cool. There is a bar in the hotel and me and the hubby met some awesome locals!! including the owner. This will be my new stay place when I visit morris !!!
This hotel is filthy. The lobby looks nice, but the rooms are awful. The first room had dead flies and stains on the comforter. The second room has ants crawling up the wall. It's disgusting.
First time and last time I'm staying here. Upside they are remodeling so bed is good but had bugs on desk I had to kill also missing place to put your bag had to put it on floor or bed. From time I got to this place nothing was right from what I was told when I called them the day before to book room WITH THEM NOT APP to when I left and wanted ice for my small cooler ice machine it too was out of order. I'm leaving out 80% of all the things that were wrong. You do what you think is right. I'm not coming back.
First off, arrived at the hotel, tried to brush our teeth in the room and the sink was previously clogged. Called front desk, said they’d be there to fix it then told us maintenance was “sick.” We then checked over the rest of the room, sheets were stained, ants on the floor basically ransacking the entire tile. Looked under the mattress, absolute filth. Reported this to front desk, and was switched to another room, with basically the same issues. If you work remote, don’t bother coming here because the wifi does not work either. We were 8 hours from home, and had no choice but to stick it through. Do not come here, EVER.
Good hotel for the price. Needed a hotel that allows pets and this place allows up to 2 pets for an additional $25. There's a pool and a hottub and free breakfast. The breakfast has some reasonable options such as prepackaged breakfast sandwhich you
Super delicious good quality food here. Got the hibachi shrimp and they were very accommodating giving me extra veggies instead of rice since Iâm currently low-carb. Prices were reasonable, everything I ordered was awesome! Lady the counter was sup
We got the macadamia latte and breakfast blend drip coffee. Both drinks were great!the barista was happy to explain the drip coffees they had and their flavors. Mostly tables with chairs but they did have a couple of oversized chairs also. It was a
This market was wonderful! Lots of good vendors. Prices were good too. Merchandise selection was very good. Not many repeat tents. Some of the outdoor items were repeated at tents, but other than that selection was very good. Several food tents ..

Bartender was super friendly and attentive. Our food was really good, you get a ton for the price (each burger is a 1/2 pound).
Highly recommend the garlic cheese curds. They were amazing! Fries are awesome as well, perfectly crispy.
This is an outstanding buffet. We loved everything we had.
I especially liked the lasagna, fried chicken, fried fish, split pea soup, and chicken noodle soup. They have a great variety of food on the buffet and it was constantly replenished.
Best
Everyone has been super nice in the freestanding Morris location. Julia took my order thru the drive through and was so friendly. She is great at what she does!
It's been a long time, although I finally got to stop and get a Culver's burger. I had the double bacon deluxe butter burger, large crinkle fry, and a large Dr. Pepper. The burger and fries were hot and fresh. The Dr. Pepper was cold and fizzy. It wa
