Quality Inn Monroe - Hotel in Monroe - 1407 Martin Luther King Junior Drive, USA

Absolutely awful experience. Our room was dingy and not very well cleaned at all and even worse it was infested with roaches. Can honestly say this was the grossest hotel I’ve stayed at. On top of that in the middle of the night it suddenly reeked of cigarette smoke- not sure if it was coming in the doors or the vents but that should never have been a problem for a properly sealed/built room. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Do NOT recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Quality Inn in Monroe! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, the excellent service and cozy accommodations made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Monroe!

I stayed here over the weekend in a renovated room. I walked in to a room with cool AC and new floors. Lynde Angela and Shavin were all so nice and took great care of all of my needs.

It might be a budget hotel, but the Manager and his team are incredible. I wasn't feeling well and had 2 days of airline hell...but the Manager stayed in touch with during my travel nightmare and was most helpful. He's hired a great, friendly, helpful crew!

One of the best quality Inn I have ever stayed at. Customer service is exceptional they helped me with my booking issue. I also love their location and quiet environment when me and my family are traveling through I-20 we always stay here.

I had started to like Quality Inn as a brand, for good value. After this one, I will go back to avoiding the brand, as bad ones like this one can be REALLY BAD. The staff doesn't give a "hoot". The hotel looks horrible, everything in the common areas is filthy, worn, and in poor shape. Mattress was hard and lain through. Had to flip it in the middle of the night to be able to sleep. Wifi not working. No elevator, so if you have an upstairs room and you have a lot of stuff, you're pretty much screwed. Air conditioner very noisy. Breakfast ends at 9. But don't worry. You're not missing anything. Breakfast is ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. Your choices consist of stale bread and "whipped spread" (i.e. fake butter). Technically there's a waffle maker, but since it's the only acceptable food choice you'll wait half an hour for your chance to make yours. Other than that, rooms clean enough and in decent enough shape for the price.

The maid service is not cleaning properly the toilet was disgusting.with a dirty ring where it needs cleaner and a brush I reached for a tissue and got hurt on a broken tissue holder we stopped for a few hours rest traveling it's listed as a choice motel but not what I normally get our room was 137 last name creel. Photos of room I was in also now I assure you I was there

It's a dated hotel but centrally located and met our requirements. The shower rod was so loose that the curtain stayed in the center. Brought it to mgmt attention, but it wasn't fixed. The continental breakfast was not healthy and had a lot of sweet food. Not good for a diabetic. The pool was closed because outsiders would jump the fence and party.
