Rooms smelled heavily of cigarettes some you couldn’t even breath in. We went down to the front desk and were told we were not allowed to complain. One room had blood stains on the box spring and wall like someone died. Only good part was the showers but even those were average

Very kind staff. AJ is amazing and always has a smile on his face when dealing with customers. Kind housekeeping staff and manager. Came here after a tragic disaster at Red roof inn and upon check in the manager told me "we will take good care of you here" and they have done beyond just that. So blessed to have found this place especially during a very very difficult time in my life everyone here has been more than kind and wonderful to me and my children. The young lady that comes in during the evening is very kind as well even the people who stay here are very kind and welcoming. I will always recommend this place and will only deal with them in the future. I can't praise them enough.

SCAM! This location will take your money and say your card was declined. My husband paid for a 6 night stay while repairs were being done at our home. He paid at the desk and after the charge went through, the receptionist said the card was declined. He called his bank and had them confirm that the charge was NOT declined straight to the receptionist. She continued saying that the card was declined and there was no charge and refused to get a manager. We called corporate and they insist there was no charge, however the money is still missing and the transaction is still on our account. At this point we’ll be contacting a lawyer.

I checked in at this hotel 8/1/03 and it turn into discrimination nightmare. First off they wanted me to pay 40 dollars to check in early which is ridiculous, I ask the manger can she wave the fee , I explained to her I’m a truck driver and been driving since 3 am that day . She said no ! Ok , no big deal I sat in their lobby 4 hour because at this point I had to stand on Principal. Meanwhile the mangers giving me dirty looks while sitting in lobby area , it is now 3 o’clock I ask the manager can I check in , she responded with check in is 4 o’clock . I asked her why the sign on the lobby wall stated 3 Pm check in , She responded the sign is incorrect. Ok cool I’m still patiently waiting so now white customer comes in to check himself in . I said to myself let’s see if she tell him it’s also 4 o’clock check in . Well to my surprise she check him in and gave him his key to enter his room . So I said why can he check in but I can’t ? She responded he had a reservation I said I do as well . She than said anyway I can let you check in . I couldn’t believe the treatment I got from quality inn staff . So people you would think it over ? Nope ! The next day 8/2 i needed another day so I used my CLC lodging , well they cancel it saying all rooms are booked . So something said let me have my wife call them and ask for a room . Well well look here they tell my wife over the phone they have 4 room left and told her to hurry up and book a room because it’s going fast . So i went to the front desk and noticed they have different staff member so I said good maybe I won’t have any problems . I ask the gentleman for extended stay ,He said ok that shouldn’t be a problem . He asked what’s my room number and I told him . A minute go by then he look at me and said all rooms are sold out . So I’m guessing the manager from the other day attach a note under my room number . Never became angry or disorderly but still treated and such a bad way . I will never come back to this location if you are black or Hispanic we are not welcome here .

Positive: I was not impressed with ANYTHING! Negative: Staf was non welcoming. Pool was non operable. room decor was cheap. Not a pleasant or clean atmosphere in the hotel at all. I felt the clerk at the check in was very racist and non chalant. they take our business for granted! I will not stay there again Negative: ""

Positive: Location Negative: The staff was accommodating in the beginning until we informed them about the unclean and insect infestation, ants & bed bugs, the manager was very difficult to deal with. Family members was exposed and bitten by bed bugs!! Negative: ""

I was just denied a room because they told me I had to have 2 beds for me and my 2 toddlers to sleep in. Mind you they are 3 they will just climb in the bed with me no need for 2 beds when I had a KING. I was asked who else would come. I told them no one. He told me I couldn’t book a room there and to go else where. NEVER have I EVER been denied access to book a room. Hell even if I had my older kids along if I did get 2 beds what would that matter. And when I asked to speak to the manager he told me there is no manager. He is an Indian man. I asked for his name which he had no name tag on and he refused to give his name at this moment I left no point in going back and forth with someone so ignorant. I was really just tryna get a room for my girls to swim. Horrible place.

When there is a reservation on a hot, humid day, it would be nice that the people preparing the room would turn on the air conditioner. We got to our ro, and the air conditioning was completely off. The room was hot and uncomfortable. There were also greasy fingerprints all over the mirror and nightstands. I had to wipe down most of the room before I felt comfortable in it.
