Quality Inn Midtown - Hotel in Savannah - 7100 Abercorn St, USA

This hotel truly surprised me. I expected a rough almost motel like experience with the pricing but it was a food hotel. The beds were comfy and clean. The room was a good size and didn't have any weird smells or stains. Staff here were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was pretty good. I appreciated the easy and free parking. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Savanah as it was a 12m drive to downtown.

My room was fine but the service is horrible. They've tried charging me $250 for deposit which I was already informed that there wasn't one. Then, I couldn't extend my stay and was placed on the "do not rent list by the owner" said the front desk worker, after being there for 2 days. When asked why, I was told that I had too much traffic, which is an invasion of my privacy, and if they were watching my door as they claimed they should know that 2 visitors that aren't spending the night is not excessive. I'm sure they were just racially profiling me and for that reason I will never spend another dollar at a quality inn (such poor qualities you have).

It is the worst hotel that I have stayed. Let’s begin with the front desk lady yelling at me on the phone because they couldn’t get to my account to update the credit card. I booked a king size and I got two beds. The cigarette burns in the sheets, the smell, the noise , the door wasn’t closing properly. It didn’t have a phone to call the reception. It didn’t have the tag for do not disturb either. NOTHING literally nothing in that hotel was good. Not even the location. The worst part is that I tried to contact the MANAGER and instead of getting an apology or at least “we will do better” she was giving me excuses about absolutely everything that I was telling her .

The reason for a 4 - bathroom needs updating- paint chipping -rusty toilet paper holder- mirror should be moved so you aren’t looked at from the bed. Bathroom tight and lastly carpeting looked old. And felt dingy. Found many of the choice hotels seem to all be the same. Few updates and I’d give it 5 stars. Breakfast outstanding. It’s a breakfast!!!

The service is great. The room smelled like smoke, although it was a no smoking room. However the building is of an older type. The breakfast was fresh and varied. The staff was helpful. Tere is plenty within walking distance. Laundromat, |grocery store & various more types of stores. Great value for my money. Thank you.

After reading reviews, we were scared to stay here!! The hotel is an average hotel (you pay for what you get) . The toilet leaked/smelled like urine & the curtains had mildew/stains on them . Beds were comfy & atmosphere was quiet !! Not bad for just a weekend stay for the cheap!

Very nice from start to finish! We occupied the place for several months during our trek with finding housing in Savannah! The front desk staff was always friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating to me as a Diamond member. Whenever I requested a specific floor or room they always honored the need. Additionally, breakfast was decent. It will definitely get you on your way! The rooms are very comfortable with decent space. The bathroom and sink areas are always nice and tidy and my favorite is that there are always plenty of towels. Not generally too noisy if you stay in the back of the hotel, and it is generally pretty quiet at night with the exception of the warmer days of course! You may hear some music or rowdiness time to time, or people just simply having a few drinks and enjoying their time. It is a rather decent location as far as getting to the nearest restaurants, stores, gas stations etc. Some within walking distance. All appliances were gently used, but some of the AC/heating units needed replacing bad. Some of the first floor units need renovations and repairs bad. Especially with plumbing! I loved the bedding and pillows! Probably one of the best in the area. This place felt like home away from home, in my belief and my favorite staff members typically work second shift if that helps! ;) Would definitely recommend to family and friends at a 4.5 star rating.

Staff was very helpful. Location is 5 miles straight the road from the historic riverfront. Plenty of food options close by. Beds were comfortable. Did not use shower or tub. Pets $10 a night for 1. Visibly clean room and clean pool. Hot breakfast, free wifi and free parking. Great option for those on a budget! Now if they updated the rooms and had a designated pet relief area, they could receive better than 3 stars from me.
