Quality Inn - Hotel in Mt Vernon - 2184 S Wilderness Rd, USA

Positive: Front desk staff was lovely. The lobby was nice. Didn?t eat the breakfast. Negative: The ceiling was almost molded and looked like it could fall out. The sheets and covers were stained pretty bad. The floors were gross and the bathroom needs a deep clean.

Thank you, Heather, for being so friendly and helpful upon our late arrival. You and the pool side view are the highlights of our stay. Breakfast was disappointing. I do not think the morning person cared. Pool looked great. Didn’t have time to enjoy.

Average motel. The pool was closed when we visited, so rest of the property had nothing special. Overall old rooms and structure. Great view on one side. Breakfast is useless. Nothing hot, no fruits. Just bread and below average coffee. One of the staircase is very dirty. Feels like it's never cleaned. Smells dirty.

Good • bed • shower • beautiful views of mountains Bad • Dangerous and disgusting exterior stairwell - felt the wood shifting as I stepped on it. • Ceiling peeling off • cobwebs in corners of room • towels, sheets, and desk chair had stains on them • no hot breakfast • had to reach into cereal jars to get cereal (machine's didn't have handle to dispense cereal) • no ice • management didn't ask me how my stay was when checking out This hotel is definitely well below the standards I would expect at a Quality Inn. I will not be staying here again.

Positive: "" Negative: Shower barely trickled water from shower head and had to cold the lever up for good minute to get water to come out up top, otherwise would have only had scalding hot water. Carpet was ratty and in corner behind chair all kinds of dirt and animal dropping

Motel looks to be going through a remodel. For the price, it is a nice stay. The room could of been cleaner. Windows were disgusting, looked like coffee splashed down the bathroom wall by the garbage. There was only one garbage can that was in the bathroom. When i went to make coffee in the room, the coffee pack was left from the previous guests. No toilet paper holder to hold it on the wall. The staff was super friendly however. The old gas station on the way up the hill to it should be torn down, terrible eye sore.

We just needed a place to sleep as we were passing through. Decent hotel for the price. Room was clean & comfortable. Bath needs some attention but was in proper working condition. Cold, grab & go breakfast including bagels, toast, English muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee, & cereal. Pizza Hut next door had a great pizza. Would definitely stay here again. Very friendly welcoming staff. Beautiful views from hotel.
