Quality Inn Mason Near Kings Island - Hotel in Mason - 5589 Kings Mills Rd Bldg A, USA

John at the front desk made my day by accommodating my very-late check-in in ways to save me $ and consider me, uniquely offering options I had not known of. I appreciate that, came back, and will make this my go-to when I travel this way in the future (usually about every 6-12 months). Complimentary breakfast better than most (get there earlier). WiFi, unfortunately, can struggle with disconnections, even with somewhat better signal on grass-field side. Ask if possible for room w/digital AC & slightly better fridge if available. Rooms all clean & one I liked best even seemed refurbished.

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was quiet and very clean. The pool was my favorite part. They do offer breakfast as well. I stayed here because I was going to Kings Island, and didn't realize it at the time, but they have a free shuttle to and from the hotel! Also have free wifi. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay. From the moment we walked in the entire staff was welcoming, kind, and happy to have us. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The shuttle to Kings Island is awesome. John was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great and we were well cared for. Greg who drove the shuttle during the day was so kind and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

This place was fine at first and then I'm not sure what happened but now I'm no longer allowed to rent here. I was told nothing of what happened. I just received a phone call while I was at work from another room that I had renting that we were were no longer welcome past our reservation. Though I am unsure what the issue was as management would not tell us any reasoning behind said decision. I still feel that was the front desk girls were very kind throughout the issue.. it is unfortunate as I would have liked to have had this as a good option for when I travel, I understand business is business and there aren't hard feelings, just a little bit of sadness.

Stopped on vacation to go to kings island, the hotel was VERY close to KI. Staff was very nice (i think her name is Brandy) room was clean, breakfast was great. The pool was an extra for us because i didn't even know when i booked that there was a pool and it was big. Very close to food options that you could walk. It was the cheapest place i could find and now that i have stayed i cant believe how cheap it was! Will stay again if i ever make it out that was again!

We bike here every year from Columbus to stay while going to Kings Island. The location is fantastic, and the rooms are quite nice. We've been coming since it was a Super8, and the only difference we've seen since becoming Quality is that the breakfasts have gotten even better, with better juices, yogurt and cereals. The people have been very nice, and especially accommodating if you're taking their shuttle to/from Kings Island. The pool lounge area is very clean, with a huge shelter to protect you from sun and rain. I'd never pick anywhere else.

This is a newly renovated, modest gem. Our room was poolside and provided a perfect view of the Kings Island fireworks show. Speaking of Kings Island, as of July 2024 this Quality Inn was offering a free shuttle to and from the park. It was driven by super-friendly, very professional people. The room itself was slightly awkward....where I'm used to having a sink and coffee maker in the common area, both these things were behind a closed bathroom door. Shower was good, parking was free, and breakfast was terrific. BIG PRAISE to Navneet who made our whole stay go smoothly.

This was a very pleasant stay. The staff that runs the hotel is incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, if no frills. The shuttle service was also a wonderful service and made our day at Kings Island completely painless. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
