Went on a trip. We booked our rooms online. We got 2 rooms. I had my puppy with me. I seen it say pet friendly. Thought that was great. We get there the pool was closed for maintenance. We're at the room I did like it. The manager stopped me and asked if the person that gave us the rooms new that we had a dog. I said no we did it on line. Then he goes and said they have special rooms for people with pets. I told him ok sorry. I asked him if we need to change rooms. He said no its OK. Just make shur she don't make a mess. Then I said, they didn't ask about pets on line. So he said it's OK it's just 20 dollars extra. So we took care of that. We was getting ready to leave and the maid came yelling at us. Saying that we was nasty and discussing. Just because there was a skid mark on the sheet. I had a miss hap. She said I have to pay for the sheets and blanket to be clean. I know for a fact that they have a washer and dryer that the quilts and blankets get cleaned in. I was thinking dude this is a hotel! What do they not wash the bedding after every customer? I worked in a hotel that was a must!everything gets changed. Then she said they have to have some one come in and clean the room. Because of my pet. I told her that my dog didn't make a mess. I even placed all the trash bags in one pile. She told my son that if we don't pay it comes out of her check. I told her that the manager knew about my dog. And we paid it he did not say anything about extra charges. She told me she wants to charge us 175.00 extra. She had such a bad attitude. I was just so mad. I only had 70 dollars left so I just went ahead and gave that to her. I will never go back there again.

We love this place. Rooms are very clean. Maid service makes sure ww have everything we need. The management is very hospitable and accomodating. Location is very convenient when we come to visit our daughter and grandchildren.

Highly Recommend Quality INN on Highway 67 in Macomb , IL. Very respectful staff with the best service skills!! My family and I are staying a week and couldn't ask to be at a better place at this time !

The staff was the nicest I have ever experienced! So thoughtful and helpful and just smiling and friendly! Really really appreciate that! My husband had come later after I had checked in and they didn’t recognize him and it was much later in the evening. The staff knew my room numbers and asked him multiple questions to make sure it was safe to give him our room info. As a mom that is something I won’t ever be able to express just how much I appreciate that! My kiddos has a great time in the pool as well!

Hotel is conveniently located near the university and was a much better value than the other options in the area for a one night stay. It is clean and the employees are very customer friendly. Great coffee available in the morning. The rooms are a bit dark and small but clean and that is most important to me. The towels are definitely aging, very thin and non absorbent.

Needs cleaned and vacuumed. Tired. Smelled of food. I think the manager lives there. Baby cried most if the evening. No ice. Found I had forgotten an item and called later that afternoon to see if they could send it to my home. Said no problem. Called a week later and was told it had been sent. 6 days later I received it post marked after my second call. It obviously had been in what looked like kitchen trash. Had they told me I would not have wasted their time and the $11 mailing fee. I have now been charged an additional $15 fee a month after my stay with no explanation.

Staff was amazing and service was top notch. Never one word of negativity. The breakfast bar was great! I especially liked the patio area to hang outside and enjoy the weather. They even had grills if you wanted to cook out. My one and one issue was the black mole on the ceiling of the bathroom. Definitely could use some bleach spray and the room smelt damp and wet. We got used to it.
