Quality Inn - Hotel in Fort Walton Beach - 322 Miracle Strip Pkwy SW, USA

I recently stayed at Quality İnn and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a modern design that exuded both comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect night’s sleep, and the linens were of high quality. The staff was consistently friendly and eager to assist with any request. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and their professionalism was evident throughout my stay. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed room with exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

Starting with the service, the ladies at the front desk are amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. There is a breakfast provided every morning that is fresh and the waffles, biscuits and gravy are outstanding. There is a nice harbor/beach view in the back. The hotel is clean for the most part. With all that being said, if you have small children or children in general, this may not be the environment for them. There is major drug activity happening in the parking lots, people all times of the night making all kinds of noises, and music being played loudly inside the hotel coming from other rooms. These things quickly made me overlook all of the things I said prior. Although, I appreciate the ladies up front, we will probably never book here again.

I have been staying here on and off while working in the FTWB area, 88 nights this year, according to my diamond rewards status. This is a good hotel, at a reasonable price. Cheaper than all but the most budget rooms in town, they have a hot breakfast that always includes biscuits and gravy. The rooms are surprisingly large, much bigger than any other hotel I have stayed at that didn't have a kitchenette. I have never had an issue with cleanliness here either, although I have seen some reviews that did. The one thing to keep in mind is that this is Florida by the beach. Sand is everywhere. But said sand is also right out the back door, where they have beach seats by a place to rent pontoons and jet skis. There is a huge park just across the parking lot of the Red Lobster next door, including a dog park and a pier for fishing, as well as 2 playgrounds. Finally, the staff have always been friendly toward me. Nice people who always seem just a bit overworked since summer tourist season started. Great hotel, great staff, great location.

they recently renovated the second building, The rooms are clean, floors are clean bathroom was clean , the towels and beddings were also clean (from the naked eye) for the breakfast we got there around 9:30 and they ran out of the batter for the waffles, the manager Feridun, very very nice man. He told us that they ran out and they typically don’t put anymore out but he saw our large group and he made more batter for us. i would recommend simply because of this gesture. Thank you to the manager!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night on our way home from our honeymoon. They staff was AMAZING! They made sure we got a good room at a reasonable price as we showed up last minute and we were exhausted! The new owner was super friendly and the woman working the front desk went above and beyond!

Me and my Girlfriend stayed here April 25-27 we really enjoyed our stay the room was clean the bed was very comfortable. The manager and staff was amazing. The manager took very good care of us and was extremely nice and pleasant. This is a must stay. If you are ever that way and need an affordable and nice place to stay this place is it. Would definitely go back !!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Red lobster is right next door it is a very good location. Thankyou to the manager and staff. We loved our stay.

It was an amazing experience. Breakfast was very delicious. Room was clean, comfortable and big. Thank you very much to kind staff. I recommend to everybody.

We booked our room through Priceline based on price and the pictures of the room. Looked like a typical Quality inn like we have at home. I wouldn't say the rooms are bad, but they are not what is pictured. It's not the cleanest. The beds are actually really comfortable. No blankets. It's just sheets and a very thin bed cover. Hot breakfast. Biscuit and gravy were really good. There is a pontoon and ski rental behind the facility. It's a beautiful setting. Beach chairs and palm trees with a beautiful view of the Bay. This was our favorite part of our stay. We witnessed several drug deals in the parking lot from our room. The view from our window was directly above the parking lot near the rear. People were car hopping. There was a woman slumped over on the ground. What felt like minutes went by. I got worried she may have just OD! She was literally just riding an electric scooter minutes prior to approaching a car in the lot. So I ran down to tell guest service I was concerned for someone in the parkinglot. . The gentleman at the desk tells me she has been staying there for days. He knew exactly who I was talking about? So this is normal in your lot? "UM... NO, SIR, SHE NEEDS CHECKED ON!" He said she is just drunk.I said absolutely NOT! She doesn't even have a drink near her. We eventually walked out to her and asked if she was OK. She was so high with a lit cigarette just dangling from her mouth. The manager just let her sit there and said she was ok. I was at a loss for words. I wouldn't ever bring my kids to a place like this! I'm glad they were not with us to witness this craziness. The carpet on the steps was nasty. The elevator was not level with the floor when the doors opened, so I immediately got off and used the steps. There is no water pressure at all. For me I wouldn't recommend this place. It's more like a MOTEL than a hotel.
