Quality Inn Louisville - Boulder - Hotel in Louisville - 1196 W Dillon Rd, USA

Me and my boyfriend searched for hotels for over an hour and came upon this one. I don’t understand why it is rated so low i had a great stay. We had a lot of stuff and the front desk guy was so sweet and kind and moved us from a second story to a first story room. The room can be so cold and so hot easily making it perfect to sleep in (I love it freezing in my room personally) would def stay again! Also in a good location, we walked to a nearby restaurant which was amazing.

We were off to a rocky start with check-in. It was 2:45 pm and no one was at the front desk. We waited in the lobby for 15 minutes until finally a young man came downstairs and checked us in with no acknowledgment or apology for the wait. Our room was also disappointing. The vent on the air conditioner looked filthy, and every time we turned it on we both started to get congested and sneeze...not sure if it was dust or mold. All the lampshades were dirty and dented, and overall the room felt tired and beat up. ||Also, there were signs warning guests about car break-ins in the parking lot. We noticed a work truck with a welder on it parked both nights immediately in front of the entrance doors...I assume that they were concerned about getting their welder stolen. ||On the upside, the price was reasonable for Boulder and the continental breakfast had alot of hot and cold food choices. Most of the staff (check-in guy excluded) seemed to be doing the best they could in terms of cleaning and service, but they don't have alot to work with.||In sum, this stay was below expectations. They are remodeling part of the first floor, so there is effort being made to upgrade the hotel, but they really need to stop renting rooms until this work is done.

For the price and location, excellent! Room is clean & bed is comfortable... Jacuzzi is awesome 😎 I have no complaints! Amazing Thai place & cool brewery next door.

We were on a 9-day roadtrip through four states and this has been the best hotel so far. Clean rooms, good customer service. Breakfast was really, really good with scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, breakfast sausage, different types of toast and bagels, oatmeal, cereals, so so good!! The only reason why it didn’t get 5 stars is because they do have some repairs to do on the walls and other minor repairs. Pretty good overall, would come back!

I stayed here last December and it was pretty appalling. They must have had a leak because they were renovating and it smelled like mildew. The location did not seem very safe with many homeless crossing the parking lot constantly. During my stay I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a hot tub room which did not happen. After my stay I was charged a cleaning fee and accused of smoking in my room quite aggressively by the manager, it was startling how angry he was, and the absolute lack of respect and hospitality he showed me. After disputing the cleaning fee I was told I was banned from the hotel for life, I would absolutely stay away from this mess of a business.

My room reservation for the night of June 26th to June 27th was canceled, and I was informed at 11:50 PM when I am checking in at front desk. I couldn't find any other hotel. Linh noticed my predicament and proactively offered to clean a room that had just been vacated for me to stay in. He didn't have to do this, but he cleaned the room in a short time and saved me. Initially, I was very angry and thought that I shouldn't have to bear the consequences of the hotel overbooking, and I was planning to leave a negative review. However, Linh's actions changed my mind. I am very grateful to him. He is an excellent and professional employee!

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel and it’s convenient location close to Boulder. Friendly staff, delicious, bountiful breakfast. I enjoyed the hot tub in my room and the gym has an excellent weight machine.
