Quality Inn Longmont - Hotel in Longmont - 3815 CO-119, USA

If it weren't for being so tired and the front desk person being so personable and convincing that the facility was just as good as any, I would not have stayed. You can visibly see the area is busy with the truck stop next door and the neighborhood pretty poppin with late night sketch activity. This hotel was clearly long-term stay for most guests. You can see that from the parking lot, i.e., posters hung on walls and plants in windows. It was dirty to my standard. Splats of stuff on bathroom walls, dirt, and hair on the floor. Ants were all over the nightstand and the phone. Strange smell in hallways. Apliances and old counters in the hallway and outside side doors. The front desk agent was awesome though, great customer service skills! Like i said he sold me 2 rooms that i normally would've run from. Had it been mediocre customer service, i would have gotten a refund and hit the road as soon as i saw the poor quality at the Inn.

Positive: Good breakfast, very easy to find, was clean. Negative: Felt like we were checking into a hospital. The front desk host wore latex gloves, and a large piece of plexiglass separating the desk from the lobby. Was forced to give names of everyone staying in room.

THEY HAVE BEDBUGS. I stayed here a week or two ago with a friend we stayed one night, the next day we found a bed bug. We told the manager at the front desk and she insinuated that we were lying by saying they don’t have bed bugs and since we already stayed the night I wouldn’t get a refund. We even showed her a picture and she said that wasn’t a bed bug. She raced upstairs and said since she “didn’t see any” that it wasn’t true. Upon looking further we found multiple stains on the bed as well. The manger lady said her name was “PJ” if that’s even true. Very dirty and unprofessional

Positive: "" Negative: The hallway and carpet smell of Asian food, cooking oil. It?s in the carpets and walls. They even keep a window open on the second floor. The carpets are really dirty. The room was 87 degrees the blinds were left open with no air on.

VERY unprofessional and unacceptable my father in law was going in to get a room and the “manager” there discriminated him because he was Mexican and because he didn’t speak any English. He suggested him to find somewhere else to stay. This is NOT okay and I need someone from your management team to give us a call!

Another run down piece of junk charging high prices. It smells like cooked goat and stinky feet. I only give a 1 star because they have a Bible in night stand.

We've been staying here for 2 nights so far. Our first night was easy and pleasant. The manager checked us in and understood we were business owners and catered to our needs. The Asian boy Terrible for "customer service" the boy that worked this night absolutely terrible at hospitality. As we come from southern states. Would advise any other hotel to southern folks up to this point. First floor floods due to washers being sub par. Vending machines have paper in them saying do your job. Seems empty for such a big hotel by the interstate. Can definitely see why. As business owners our selves this not acceptable.

Decent place. Rooms are clean staff are super nice. Breakfast was simple but good. Would stay again
