Quality Inn - Hotel in Vicksburg - 3975 S Frontage Rd, USA

I have been to this location quite a number of times and have had good experiences. However, this time the room was not clean (floor not vacuumed/swept/mopped, bath tub dirty, surfaces not wiped down, etc). The room was hot last night. The maintenance worker came and replaced the A/C unit promptly and was very professional and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good with friendly attendant. The front desk personnel are relatively friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel is ok, but could use updating and deep cleaning.

Stayed 8/19/24….The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Good location to the interstate and restaurants. The breakfast was good; an actual real breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast, waffles, juice, coffee, etc. The tub faucet was loose, but worked fine. Good water pressure and hot. Main concern was some of the people staying there…cops were putting an ankle bracelet on a woman staying there. We plan on staying again.

Exterior corridors. Carpeted rooms. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom area. Excellent hot breakfast with sausage and eggs. Awkward location because of the way the nearby exits are designed. Not too noisy but you can hear I-20. I would stay here again, and this is a great option if you can get a good price.

Front desk lady was very kind in a southern hospitality kind of way. No complaint about the bed, sheets seemed clean and bed wasn’t terrible but the rest of the room was atrocious. Bathroom was the worst. Shower/tub combo had a leaky faucet that ran the entire time we were there. The walls were grimy and needed major work. The sink was sketchy. The entire room needed some TLC.

The room was not optimal. I wasn’t consulted when reservations were made. It’s VERY old. The heater did not work at all. It was a little cool in there but there were plenty of blankets so we were okay. Furniture and bathroom fixtures haven’t been replaced in years. But the linens - towels and bedspread and curtains were newer and clean (thank goodness). There was no curtain in the shower. Had to go get one from the front desk. Everything was clean, just old and dinged up, drawers won’t close, etc. The place wreaked of bleach. My eyes and nose were burning.

Gabrielle is perhaps the most rude hotel worker I have EVER dealt with. As a flight attendant, I love folks in the hospitality industry. She on the other hand is beyond rude, hung up on me and treated a veteran with such disdain that I'm embarrassed for her. Quality Inn and priceline need to remedy this situation and remove this hotel as an option. We shall see if her managers are any better. Book at your own risk.

Stayed here for a last minute trip after my aunt passed away, the rooms are pretty gross!! Walls , curtains were stained with only lord knows but I had to make do with what I could get on such short notice.Hotel staff went into my room (I had already told them I didn’t need any service) unknown to them that I had my dogs in there 😂 that’s what they get for trying to steal from their guests.Told me that my dog opened the door twice and got out 😒 if you value your belongings and privacy don’t stay here

The bathroom was filthy. Thank goodness I brought Lysol. The room smelled moldy. I wonder if we will get sick from the moldy smell. Pick any other hotel you can find!!!!
