Absolutely disgusting place to stay, stains on the pillows and towels. Bugs, trash and old food on the floor. Bathroom disgusting not to mention the DOOR OFF IT'S HINGES!! We went to the office about it, and they said there was no maintenance till the morning, so then we were forced to fix it OURSELVES with nothing in return but some privacy. Speaking of privacy... there is a huge gap between the room door for anyone to look in the room. I don't recommend you stay here, My disappointment along with many others that have stayed here is high. Get somewhere that is actually "quality"

Gerald (hope I spelled correctly) went above and beyond what employees do for customers! He went out of his way twice to send us back a tablet that we left in room. He did it on his time off! Only reason he had to go twice was my fault. UPS store needed my authorization to send. Thank you! Quality Inn recognize this man as an asset and we will return! More corporations need people that care. You should stay at this hotel!

So we are in a semi truck and are quite limited on where we can stay do to parking. I was VERY skeptical after reading some of the reviews but again had very few choices. Upon arrival we met Lisa at the front desk. She was very kind and made us feel a little more at ease. When we went to our room I literally used my phone flashlight and checked every nook and cranny to see if there were any bugs, there were none. The room appeared clean, the bed was the BEST! There was normal wear and tear of a room but nothing like what I expected from the review. Great stay for the price and would stop in again if in this area.

TL;DR I'm a single woman who travels alone and i felt safe here, and the price was RIGHT, the room was clean and secure w/ a comfortable bed, and the staff was so friendly. I don't have a ton of requirements for last minute hotel rooms, I just need it to : -be clean-linens and shower, etc so that I don't bring any unwanted critters home with me -a bed that isn't a rock hard brick -be safe w/ a door that locks securely -have a working A/C and/or heater - be quiet enough that I can fall asleep -have a safe enough parking lot that I won't stress about my vehicle overnight Not only did this hotel exceed on all of those fronts, but when every other hotel in the area wanted to charge upwards of $200 for a last minute check-in @3am, the very kind gentleman at the front desk did everything he could to give me the best rate possible.

Clean and friendly staff. Had a great time even extended our stay for another day. Easy access to beaches, food and anything else you could possibly need want or have.

We were pleased with our stay. Great for the price we paid. We felt like our door outside didnt close all the way and our shower was very slippery. It is definitely an older building but the inside felt very updated. It seems like they got all new beds, mattresses, and linens. The beds were so soft and we slept soooo good. The wifi was a little slow for trying to stream video anything more than sending and email the wifi wasnt sufficient. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and delicious. Hot fresh made waffles and delicious orange juice. We had a great stay. The price was awesome. The staff was really friendly.

We needed a quick stop after a 10 hour drive. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint was a gap around the whole door! Cold air was pouring in. Plus it didn't make me feel secure.

Worst experience I stayed for 3 night an extended my stay for 2 more night. Talk to a very nice front desk person and he vi my info an card info. Now I get rude calls from the so called manager an didn't let me talk or anything I will not stay there ever again very bad experience
