Quality Inn Kennedy Space Center - Hotel in Titusville - 3655 Cheney Hwy, USA

The location was nice being right by the highway and close to some food places. Obviously as titled it was accessible to the Kennedy space center and food was in walking distance. This hotel has the best pool. I only wish there was an elevator. Staying on floor two with a heavy suitcase is difficult. I felt safe and comfortable here. The breakfast was decent but not anything fancy. I would definitely stay again for the price!

We stayed here for 3 nights about a week ago. We were looking for a place near the kennedy space center, and this place fit the distance criteria. The location is a 10/10. Right off the bat, even there was an issue with the payments at the front desk, the issue was resolved immediately by the lady who worked there. She was also very kind and took us to our room promptly. The service is an easy 10/10 Additionally, the rooms themselves were pretty good. Clean bed, no sign of bugs, good space and also a coffee machine (which didn't work). However, the only real negative about the rooms is that the doors open to the outside, making this more of a motel. I would give the rooms an 8/10. (I looked over some of the other reviews which claimed that the rooms had a mildew scent, but that wasn't the case for me.) The pool itself was clean and lively, it was pretty fun going in there. Finally, the free continental breakfast is what you would expect from a hotel from this price range. Waffles, cereal, coffee, yogurt, bread, and some juices. I would give the breakfast an 8/10 because you can't expect much more.

Unfriendly help. Do not price match the online prices, over charged for room in addition to $60 early check in fee. Online price $94, total cost $175. Rooms are musty, strong mildew smell. AC unit unable to keep room cool. Lots of dead bugs smashed against the walls and ceiling. Outdated. No towels by the pool. For the price point, should have gone across the road.

Was visiting the Kennedy Space Centre, and decided to set up camp at this Quality Inn. The staff was extremely friendly, and management was excellent. The rooms were super nice and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Typical of Florida hotels in the summer, smelled of mildew. Hotel could use some updating, but all in all clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool was really nice, even if we didn't get to spend much time in it. Front desk staff was great, friendly and had great suggestions for dinner. Would put this on my "ok to stay again" list.

Stayed here about two weeks ago. Rooms was dirty. Breakfast was disgusting. Night time front desk clerk was rude and constantly on his phone. Manager didn’t seem to know what she was doing at check in. The only highlight was Tiffany, whose service was incredible. She got me everything I needed and was a joy to be around. Would never stay at this hotel again, would definitely not recommend it to anyone else either. Go to days inn or Hampton inn across the road. The price and quality does not match here.

This hotel is in precarious condition. The service is terrible, the only saving grace was the front desk. Although we had to move rooms twice the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. When we arrived we went to a first room, where the beds were not clean, the sheets were not changed. They moved us to another room which was worse. The bathrooms without any maintenance. In general all the facilities are in the same poor condition. Extremely bad continental breakfast. I recommend that you do not use this hotel at all.

My stay at this hotel was far from perfect or even good. I called the front desk to ask for towels and pillows and I waited for three hours to get them. My tv also didn't work. So I called back to front desk. In return I got yelled at by an Indian man. Tiffany was the only one to help me out. She was off duty, and still did everything she could to help me. She even brought me the TV from her own room. She is the ONLY reason I would ever come back to this hotel. This hotel is dirty, smells, rust in tubs, air conditioner don't work, smells like mold and sweat, ran down by cheap Indians, and over all not a good place to stay. For the price, this place should be a lot better than it is. Thank you Tiffany for being the only highlight of this stay. I hope you find better employment.
