Quality Inn Joplin I-44 - Hotel in Joplin - 3325 Arizona Ave, USA

It's an okay hotel for a very short stay. Stayed August 20-21 and experienced bed bugs during our stay. The Front Desk was notified upon our departure, and an email was sent to the email address provided by the Front Desk personnel, but I have not received any responses to my sent email. An acknowledgment that the email was received would have been nice & appreciated.

Quiet, clean hotel just off the interstate. Room size was adequate, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast area was extremely small, though. Hard to maneuver around the people to even get to the food and not much seating. Even though it was a hot breakfast there were limited choices and no meat. Price was affordable though.

Good place not far off I-44. Close proximity to numerous restaurants. |Room was clean. Very small room, but just me so wasn't an issue. |Hot water and water pressure were excellent. |WiFi was excellent. |Bed was comfortable. |Hotel was relatively quiet, except for around 6 AM when numerous folks were leaving.

The shower is awesome!! First of all, they have the rounded shower curtain bars so you don't get molested by the curtain. There's lots of water pressure.. couple that with a variable shower head.. heaven! There's plenty of breakfast items including eggs, biscuits, waffles, cereal, bagels and more. Rooms are clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Yikes! This is an old, cramped, run down hotel. The room seemed clean, yet had a smell. Breakfast was inadequate, not like other Quality Inns. They didn't have a pool. We knew that ahead of time, but it was just for a quick overnight stay. The town is very busy, lots of choices for restaurants. Wished we picked a different hotel. I regret having to be honest and say all this because the staff was very warm, friendly and helpful.

sometimes you go to less expensive hotel and settle for sub standards. This is a hotel that is competitive on pricing yet neat and clean. Had an issue with billing and they worked till they corrected the problem. A definite go to hotel for me and my family

The room was a small king but clean and adequate. The lighting was OK. There were enough 120v outlets.|The refrigerator was larger than most with a small freezer. |The desk chair was a little rough looking but OK.||The shower was good. There is food nearby.

The Quality Inn in Joplin failed me, and my reservation. After driving 10 hours from Central Minnesota (on the way home to Dallas, TX), I arrived at the Quality Inn to be greeted to a full parking lot, with not a single free parking space open. I circled the building 4 times to ensure I wasn't making a mistake, and indeed I wasn't. I went inside to check if the hotel was fully booked that night -- I was told it was not. I arrived to the hotel at about 7:00pm, so no checkouts to anticipate, leaving me with no hope of getting a spot. There is a hotel adjacent to the Quality Inn (the comfort inn) but it would be frankly ridiculous to even consider having to park at a different property, when it's the responsibility of the hotel to make sure that paying customers have an available parking spot, just as they are responsible in ensuring the room will be available for the guest at arrival. This issue combined with the ridiculous same-day rates of the hotels nearby forced me to continue my drive back home to Texas, totalling a 16hr drive in 1 day, on my lonesome. I make the trip from TX to MN quite often. I will never attempt to book the Quality Inn in Joplin again!
