Quality Inn - Hotel in Los Lunas - 1711 Main St SW, USA

If there were 10 stars, we would check that one. Great place, SUPER CLEAN, comfy beds. Remodeled perfectly. The staff was outstanding, especially Iris who is helping us receive a "left" item from the hotel. Such a pleasure working with her. Breakfast was awesome as well. We can't say enough good about this place. We will always stay here when passing through. Good job Quality Inn will be my next choice and next destination in my next trip too.

We chose this hotel based on the positive reviews on TripAdvisor, |and I wonder how this facility earned rhose reviews. The whoke building really needs maintenance and cleaning. The air conditioner didn't work in the first room we were given. When I turned on the bedside table light, I got some sort of oily, chunky brown substance on my hand. The shower and towels had hair in them. When we requested a different room, the clerk was very irritated and reluctant to grant the request, but agreed. The second room wasn't much better. The microwave was filthy, with spilled food stuck inside. The towels and shower also had hair in them, like the previous room. The shower curtain had black mold on it. We were too tired to try to find another hotel, so we stayed in that room. After this experience, we won't stay in another Quality Inn. When I posted this complaint on the Quality Inn website for this hotel, I got the generic " Thank you for your positive review and feedback" message. Evidently they don't actually read customer comments.

For the price, this hotel was great. I stayed here while passing through, and it had most of the basics. The rooms were clean, shower was hot, breakfast was filling. Both night and morning staff were super friendly. Breakfast was supposed to end at 9, but they still refilled some items around that time. Walls and hallway door were soundproofed well, but windows were not. Asides from traffic noise, I didn't have any complaints.

This is a great place, especially for the price from Choice Rewards. Clean and well equipped rooms with desk, mini-fridge and microwave. Staff is great. I highly recommend this hotel.Would be always the same choice for my upcoming stay.

Horrible service. Night front desk person is rude and I was trying to be nice about the situation. Rooms are outdated and really need to be deep cleaned. The front desk was so mean and even though we were not refunded we decided to leave. Worst use of money.

Positive: I liked nothing about this motel. We were told on arrival that we did not have a reservation. We gave the clerk our confirmation number. He called the manager. She was very rude and short, said there was a double-booking. She had called my cell¿ Negative: 30 minutes earlier and acted like she had done her part, it was now on me. She said there had been a double-booking, too bad for me. She acted like I had double-booked (absurd), and offered no assistance. If I were her boss I would fire her. Negative: ""
