Quality Inn Jacksonville near Little Rock Air Force Base - Hotel in Jacksonville - 1500 John Harden Dr, USA

We were pleased with the hotel. Room was very clean. It seems they are doing updates and although the hotel is old and still shows signs of wear in places, they are making it as nice as possible. I did have to call the hotel number when I went to check in because nobody was at the desk and didn't respond to the buzzer on the desk, but as soon as I called, he came up to the front promptly and was very friendly.

Nicely done and very nice gìrl at front desk not enough shampoos or conditioners rooms are inside not very private business only clientele Could be a romance getaway but not big enough rooms small not private owner was very polite an professional if your traveling business this place is for you ! Vending machines unlike most hotels and that was a plus for me almost all was 1 dollar that was a nice touch finally something I could afford lol 😆 Recommend to business travelers Smoking OK at back door

Positive: The thing I liked best about this hotel was it's location. Negative: The quality of the room renovations were very disappointing. There was paint on the fixtures, curtains and furniture. Clearly a 'Hack Job'. Wall plates & even the plumbing access panel, were missing. Our room was not safe for children.

We had intended to camp out at a nearby KOA but the weather was becoming oppressively hotter as we got closer to our trip. Decided to do a hotel instead and we found this hotel immediately in our search and it filled the bill. Parking was convenient but there was plenty of road construction going on. Still easy to get to. Beds were comfortable and plenty of light in the bathroom.

Rooms were very nice, location is horrid with the construction in Jacksonville... it's especially hard to locate at night so beware. Not the hotels fault so not hitting their stars over it.

About the hotel I didn’t have many complaints besides the walls and ceiling being pretty thin and being woken up by the sound of people waking around/talking The rooms were pretty humid and it was either really hot or really cold. For the price I think it is worth it. The staff is patient and helpful. However the main problem I had was when I realized I had lost an article of clothing that was rather expensive and while I was still in town I came back to retrieve it. The desk employee was really nice and helped us locate it but I was disappointed to find out it had been thrown away by housekeeping. The patient employee at the desk allowed us to retrieve it as the bags were near the top but when we looked in there we noticed there were tons of clothes thrown away. I personally think they should be entered and lost and found and even maybe donated locally instead of thrown away, but other than that it was a nice trip.

Positive: Excellent value for price. Negative: Breakfast items were somewhat limited, but can¿t expect too much at this price point.

Great value since so close to little rock. Breakfast was pretty sparse however I did have a waffle.
