Quality Inn I-70 Near Kansas Speedway - Featured Reviews (579)
Got charged $320 plus a $100 deposit for a $120 room. Breakfast was subpar, pretty much what you'd expect of hotel food except most of it was stale. Either they didn't keep up with refilling the waffle batter or the dispenser was clogged/uncleaned because the batter took ages to dispense. Once it's cooked though the waffles are pretty good. TV remote had no batteries in it and even then didn't work. Got another TV remote and that one didn't work either. Decided to just watch on my phone. No real air flow in the room so it was hard to sleep. Ended up arranging the furniture into a makeshift bed and napping in front of the AC unit until I cooled down enough to consider the bed. Cockroaches and crickets in the room I stayed in. At least 1 dead spider on the floor when we got there. Bathtub was stained. Pool was pitifully small and freezing cold. Hot tub was decent though. Most of the staff spoke only Spanish or broken English, with the exception of a few at the front desk. Overall not... great, but not a seedy motel at least. Just not what I expected for the rate we got charged for.
We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel for the night. This place is good. The staff are very nice. It has hot breakfast. Nice price range. The room was neat and clean. Well maintained. Will definitely recommend.
I had to pay a $100 deposit for incidentals. This is common of hotels, but what is not common is the money still pending on my account and not being released by the hotel. My card issuer reached out to the hotel on several occasions to try to get a transaction code to release the funds. They continued to get the runaround. Desk staff aye only the manager can do this, but the manager is never available and can not be reached.
Positive: Room was clean and tv was bigger than expected. Negative: Smelled like pot. Pool was shut down by health department. Farther away from Kansas Speedway than I thought.
Positive: NOTHING Negative: Booked the hotel and when we got there we were towing a trailer and they said we couldn't park it there. No where online did it say no trailers. So we had to find another hotel and they wouldn't refund my money. They need to put it online if they don't. Negative: ""
The room had subpar cleaned floors and made your sock black. No pool and no hot tub closed by the state health department. Breakfast was out of things and no staff, was outside talking to someone in the parking lot.
Positive: The bed was comfortable. Negative: The elevator and the hallway to our room reeked of the smell of marijuana. The room did not smell, though. People, including the staff, smoked outside too near the door. When we were loading our car near the door, people were smoking near our car. Negative: ""
Bad construction. Floors were uneven. The bathroom door got stuck shut. The elevator is totally sketchy. They gave us a new room and the sheets and towels had gross stains.

We were for the coldest game in Chiefs history. The rooms were quiet and warm. The day we were to check out my truck decided it was too cold stranding us there. I told them the situation and they quickly found us a room. Knowing I was stressed beyond
Wonderful friendly service and great clean rooms. Several nice choices for breakfast including breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and waffles. The location is great also. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to get to downto
I was very pleased with our experience. I always check my room for cleanliness and this hotel passed. We had our dog with us and they accommodated her and even had a nice treat bag so she was pleased too! I was expecting for the rooms to smell of dog
I love Full Throttle Fitness. The owners Gina and Glen are amazing. They truly care about their clients. Their encouragement and workouts has helped me lose over 70lbs so far and I've gotten a lot stronger as well. Even the other people who go to the

Really cool bar. Has a great vibe. Local neighborhood bar that has about 8 pinball machines. They even have a pinball league on Wednesday nights. It's in a pretty decent area. Not sketchy. Kinda out of the way so not super crowded. They make an excel
Really good food at really good prices. Thqt's not the best thing about this place though. The atmosphere is perfect. It is like walking into the bar from Cheers. The bartender naturally built a raport with me, and fellow patrons. I havent had such a
