Carla's customer service was a 10/10 she handed my reservations fast and made me feel very welcomed. She kept fresh hit breakfast at all times and was very clean while handling the food. I will definitely be back my next time in town. She handled each customer the same with great service and a big welcoming smile. Miss Carla is the best!!!
The people behind the desk, the maids, the woman at the breakfast dining area, all were very so friendly and cordial. The room was very nice and comfortable. We slept like a baby. The room was clean and attractive. The breakfast was great, with nothing lacking. If I go this way again, I will make if a point to stop again.
The beds were extremely comfy, rooms were quiet and dark. My son is on the spectrum and he was very comfortable with the hotel. The breakfast was great! They had egg patties, sausage patties, make your own waffles, an assortment of muffins, juices, breads and jellies. We will definitely being staying here again!
I arrived around noon, a little early for checking in, but the two at the front desk were awesome and made sure my room was cleaned and let me check in. It is an older building but it's clear that they keep the place clean. I have no complaints, it was clean, didn't have sketchy people wandering around, multiple options for the free breakfast, and they had HBO channels. That was a nice bonus. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. I would stay here again, its a nice place for a 2 star rated hotel. I would recommend it for any one just passing by spending a couple nights here.
We were at Quality inn for an extended stay, the rooms were clean, Tracy at the front desk was caring and conscientious and went above and beyond for the guests. The outdoor pool is meticulously kept by Jerome, the maintenance man. CiCi in housekeeping is a hard worker and so welcoming, leaving a welcome note in each room when guests check in. Between the 3 staff mentioned, and the rest of the staff Quality Inn Holbrook has a dream team! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.
Good place to stay the night, the bathroom is nice and the ac is awesome. I would recommend the stay to anyone looking to stay for a short time. I also notice couple of fast food restaurants near by if you are hungry or in need of food. The breakfast is good for being free. Everybody’s favorite waffle is great too crunchy and hot
Extremely disappointed. The bed is like a rock. I got only 2 painful hours of sleep. It was 100 degrees and the a/c was off in the top floor room. The refrigerator was off & the half way setting never turned it on so I my water never got cold. I stayed because the a/c went out on my truck & no part waa available for it. I has driven in the heat for hours & needed a cool room, cold water & rest as I was very drained. The Days Inn across the street was excellent on my trip towards Phoenix last week.
So glad this was my first stop on my long road trip from CA to NY. Sergio was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and perfect for the weary traveler. Safe. AC worked great all night long and breakfast was decent enough. Great deal on pricing with no deposit. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Western agains prove its reputation as well maintained. The location is just off the freeway , yet removed far enough to avoid traffic noise. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the breakfast selection is good. Parking is close to the rooms. V
