Quality Inn Hammond - Hotel in Hammond - 2001 SW Railroad Ave, USA

Rooms was clean had so much room. Water got hot for baths. Nice size TV. Had 4 nice pillows that didn't sink good comforter plenty of lighting. Quite staff was amazing.only down part was I went down. To the laundry/snack area and I bought some popcorn,only to get back up to the room and they not have a microwave. But big nice thick towels definitely will go back.

Pulled up thinking we were at wrong location. Looks completely opposite of online pics. Feels and looks very dirty. Carpet in room in desperate need of replacement. Oily cleaning product on everything. Beds feel worn out. I hate to think what the mattresses actually look like. Be careful navigating the parking lot as there are lots of obstacles. Traveling home from the beach and needed to rest for the night. Would have canceled reservation if not for being nonrefundable.

Overall, it was a good experience. Older facility. Small things would make a difference between a 3 star and a 5 star rating. If you are working with a small budget or one night stay, I recommend.

This place gets no stars. None when I pulled up to the hotel. It looks like it’s about to fall apart with one strong gust of wind then the pool is so dirty. I don’t know if any of you people ever seen Friday after next, but that’s what the pool looks like. There’s no type of activity going on at all there. It is badly remodeled. The deposit for the room is 100 bucks cash which is entirely too much for a crack shack

Positive: There was alot of space in room. Alot of counters and loved the plug in on lamps. Negative: When we took showers water gotten all over the floor

Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Felt very safe as well.

it's a little hard to navigate to but worth the effort. clean comfortable bed. nice room amenities. good wifi. breakfast includes eggs and sausage with gravy, waffles, oatmeal, and cereal. it was a good stop for the price paid. stayed here again. passeed up the driveway again, and the only down side was the room was very humid and the flooring/carpet could have been cleaner. I had to wash off the bottom of my feet before getting dressed.

Made reservation through Choice Hotel app. Requested a handicap accessible room. When we arrived we were given a room not at all accessible. Went back to front desk and asked for the accessible room. The clerk said none were available and that the reservation they had was for King sized room no smoking. When I got to the room I called Choice Hotel and according to their records I had requested an accessible King no smoking,but the reservation had been changed the day I booked the room by the hotel. Choice contacted the hotel, but couldn't get any further information even though the manager and assistant manager were there. Choice gave me a report number, but I doubt much will be made of it. I also told Choice that the only confirmation I had had the room being accessible King, no smoking and that I should have been told three days earlier that my reservation was changed. I don't know who really did what, but feel both Choice and Quality Inn Hammond didn't give me the room or information I should have had. Also couldn't connect to the internet with my phone, but my wife's could. Overall not a pleasant experience.
