Quality Inn Fuquay Varina East - Hotel in Fuquay-Varina - 511 N Judd Pkwy NE, USA

I CALLED Comfort Inn and they didn't have rooms so they found this partner hotel. Nobody answers the reservation number they text you once you book. Staff is not knowledgeable at this job. I asked the Comfort Inn employee about rewards, points and military discount. They said they don't know. I asked the employee during check in about it, he said he don't know and to ask the manager in the morning. I asked the manager in the morning who states they offer it but because it's an online reservation (I called. I didn't do anything online) she can't change it.

You get what you pay for. Breakfast was awful. Sliced bread, no bagels, muffins or other pastry. Standard waffle iron but no sausage, bacon, or any meat. Only eggs were cold soft/medium boiled. No pepper. Two choices of cold cereal, orange juice, apple juice, coffee and milk. Dead bug on the floor. Soft bed. Decent pillows, decent towels, excellent hot water and pressure for the shower. Pool was closed; exercise room was a storage area for non functioning equipment.

So first I want to say the customer service was horrible Indian lady with thinning hair (for lack of name and no name tag) at the desk … I walk in she looks at me like I walked in her home not a business… I start to ask her about a room she starts to speak very low to where I can’t hear when I go to ask her what she said she was visibly upset that I kept asking her what she was saying despite she’s the one speaking low after that we get the room I walk in the room there’s instantly a smell of mold, water damage or whatever it smells really bad I pull out of the pull- out bed and there are pee stains all over the bed and a bong yes a bong so after I see this, I go down to the front office and I asked what is the cancellation process? She looks at me confused like this is never happened to her. I explained to her that there was like a mold, smell or water damage or something. The smell was very bad. I mean there were stuff all over the bed. She offers me a new room she was rolling her eyes and clearly had an attitude now after reading the other reviews I don’t understand how she was so confused about the mold smell when other people said that there was mold as well unless they just don’t read these reviews, I accept and I go to the new room because I’ve been driving for hours I’m tired at this point still a smell the bed sheets.smell old like they haven’t been washed in literal years, tv only gave static stains on the pullout bed and out side the window there was a whole bunch of green water with debris trust me if I could give this a zero star I would, but obviously I cannot. They don’t deserve any business.

The room we got was musty smelling immediately upon walking in. There was mold on the floor behind the night stand, mold on the headboard of one of the beds, mold on the curtains and very bad mold on the tv stand around the mini fridge. We went out to dinner and came back and our key cards stopped working less than 2 hours after getting them. The bed itself was clean but some of the pillows had weird stains on them. At least the A/C worked… I’m someone who analyzes mold in a lab for a living but i don’t think you need training to realize that this place is disgusting.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!! Terrible Service, Terrible Rooms. Customer service was terrible. The rep continuously argued and told us we were lying about what was going on in the room. The sheets were dirty, blankets were stained, hair on the mattress cover, a/c didn't work, tv didn’t work and the power kept going out. We will NEVER book here again!

This hotel is very clean. Family-owned and operated. I highly recommend a stay here at the Quality Inn Fuquay Varina location

The place looks fine from the outside and the reception area. The room is disgusting. There was so much hair in the tub and bathroom floor. It hadn’t been washed in a very long time. The coverlet had stains on it. The room darkening shade was gross with black stains. Also big bugs.|We put the privacy tag on door so no one would come in during the day. All four days they came in and made the beds. They made it look like they cleaned the bathroom by placing the shower curtain in a so called decorative way. Although they didn’t replace the empty toilet paper roll. Food was left in fridge from previous person.|The breakfast offerings was disappointing. They only served Raisin Bran, fruit loops and waffles. Once one cereal was gone on one day, they didn’t replace it for the next. No fruit or bead or anything else. I watched the guy put out the hot water and coffee in insulated thermos, the tea water was cold. |If there hadn’t been a big gathering in the area, I would have stayed elsewhere. There were no other room available. |Our friends checked in by and were given a room. They went to the room and found it a mess. Not clean and stuff all over the place.|Don’t walk, RUN to a better place.

I am not one that normally posts reviews like this, I appreciate and respect an affordable hotel, I do not need bells and whistles; just a clean, safe place to sleep during my travels. The cleanliness level of this hotel was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Black/brown stains on the blankets, mold in the bathroom, black sticky unknown substance on the floor, bugs. I truly can not believe someone cleaned this room and thought it acceptable to allow guests in.
