Not much to tell about the hotel. It's clean, the rooms did not stink. I did disinfect a little, wiped down counters and bathrooms with some bleach. The A/C is super cold, and the shower has awesome pressure. But if you are using on of the roll-in bathrooms, ask for towels. The entire bathroom gets wet. The bed was comfy. I had a neighbor with a dog. This thing barked soo often, and late into the night. Why bring such a happy dog into rooms with thin walls?

All of the employees are so nice and helpful! The property is actually really nice. Very clean the housekeepers are amazing, the breakfast attendant was sweet. I had a issue with my choice account and the manager allowed me to stay in the room until i was able to get my choice app back working. Also they treated me with so much respect and not judging me because im transgender unlike at other properties i would recommend this property to anyone staying in the ft Worth area. Thank you all!!!

This hotel was terrible. We booked this hotel for my husbands birthday and got two rooms so a friend could come with us. Upon arriving the hotel did not want to give us the second room that we paid for in advance even when being shown the confirmation making check in take way longer than needed. This hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood and there were many sketchy people hanging out around the hotel as well. We picked this hotel based off of the website pictures and the price. Once getting to our rooms we noticed that they smelled of smoke and pot which was irritating since we booked nonsmoking rooms. When we went to get on the bed there were yellow stains on the bedding as if it hadn’t been washed recently. When going into the bathroom it was dirty and also looked like it had not been cleaned. In the second room they had the same smell and and even worse looking bathroom which all looked nothing like the pictures that are on their website. We went back to the front desk and asked for a refund and were told we would have to contact the website/app we booked through who told us it would be the hotel manager we needed to speak to about the refund / the manager is the one who approves or declines the refunds. When my husband talked with the manager /customer service he is being told that we can’t get a refund because it’s against their policy which makes no sense. That the best they can do is give us a refund for one room or get points for free future stays. We didn’t stay once so why would we want to try to stay again. And if they can refund one room without it being against policy why would they not be able to do both rooms that we didn’t even stay in. Not to mention the rooms we hot when entering them.

THEY HAVE ROACHES…..I planned a stay for two nights Aug 2 to Aug 4 for my birthday and a wedding trip. I checked in with no issues and staff was friendly. The issues came when we got to the room. We checked in around 2:15 pm and left within an hour. The place looks nothing like photos on the site and the room was not in the best shape. I was going to stay despite a few things because it did smell fresh and the location was close to places I needed to get to. But, when my sister and I laid down to relax we saw a roach crawling on the nightstand. I immediately took a video of it, grabbed our bags and went to the front desk. I politely told staff we found a roach and we would like to get a refund and leave. She first offered me another room which was odd and acceptable if you clearly have roaches. I offered to show her the video and declined another room. She told me she can’t refund it. A manager would have to. I asked to speak to the manager and she said they weren’t in office right now. I asked for a contact card, which had no names, just a number. I had to call Orbitz and dispute. I also asked for proof on paper that I had checked it, a receipt. She first didn’t want to give it to me until I politely demanded it. While on the phone with Orbitz a rep tried to call the office and was he was placed on hold until they hung up on him. They emailed me less than 24 hours later stating they could not get in touch with staff and I wont get a refund. Now I have to call corporate and make a bad review because they wouldn’t just refund me because THEY HAVE ROACHES AND A FILTHY ESTABLISHMENT. I will get my money back and I hope they clean up the place.

TERRIBLE! Please save yourself a headache and don’t book here. The service was terrible on top of multiple inconveniences, one of the rooms we booked online wasn’t given to us making the process much longer than needed. The name is deceiving as the rooms were filthy and smelled horrible. We left as quick as we could and they couldn’t refund a single penny. Not only was our group out $240 we missed birthday plans that were ALSO paid and booked in advance because of how poor the management’s communication is. This was actually the 2nd time I’ve booked with this hotel chain and the first was just as bad and left immediately. Don’t give them a second chance, don’t even give them a first chance. A complete joke of a business.

Families: not the place for you. This is not in a nice area. The property is very run down and not like the photos. The room is not horrible, although crumbs on the floor and stain on the blanket, hair in bathroom, etc. We couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower. The hallway REEKS of smoke. The room had a lot of traffic noise all night. The breakfast area was messy, limited choices, broken juice machine. The yogurt was just great value brand from Walmart. There were bagels, but the cream cheese was a communal container. There were no caffeinated hot tea options. The only hot option was scrambled eggs. My son did enjoy the fresh waffles. The pool was really bad. Several vents are just filled with concrete- so the filtration was extremely questionable. Many tiles missing. Upkeep is not a priority. Most of the beach chairs were ripped and not usable. You will see lots of homeless people in the area, and signs telling them not to eat the breakfast, etc. If my reservation was refundable, I would have went elsewhere.

Extremely sketchy location. Windshield of a car was smashed in the parking lot. Immediately when we parked without even getting out of the car a stranger knocked on the window. Without ever stepping foot in the parking lot we Immediately felt un-easy. Requested a refund multiple times, as we felt the had mislead us with photos online. Still have yet to recieve the refund

Was given a smoking room, when we booked a non smoking room ( 1 strike) . Was handed a small can of air freshener from the suppose employee that was at the front desk ( 2 strikes) Pulled up by are room, door was ajar with dead bolt ( 3 strikes) Called front desk was told that housekeeping had done it probably. Paid well over what it should of been, but you learn. To whom it may concern, I strongly suggest staying somewhere else
