Quality Inn Flagstaff East I-40 - Hotel in Flagstaff - 2500 E Lucky Ln, USA

The price advertised on Google Maps is low, and actual rates are much higher but are lower on Expedia. The room had half a roll of TP, stains on bedsheets, and pink sketchy spots in the shower. Maybe mold? There were tons of random hairs in the comforter, which made sleeping at night u comfortable. The freezer (ice box) was not cleaned out, nor was it cold, because there was half eaten ice cream melting all over in there. The pool was freezing and not heated as advertised and had tons of bugs and other stuff floating around. People were smoking weed too outside our door which was disgusting. I know it's legal in this state, but it was still a bummer to have to smell that all night. Positives are that the AC was super cold, there was a desk to work at, and there were plenty of outlets. The staff were helpful when it came to replenishing milk/waffle batter, checking me in, etc. TV had some fun channels, the room was well lit, and the main lobby area was clean and well maintained.

(As traveling regulars we noticed) In 3 years this place changed a lot . So far they have replaced the flooring. The bathrooms need remodeling (like the knobs,curtain rods, doorway.) We have never experienced bed bugs. Breakfast we don't ever eat. The location is acceptable. I don't find the traffic noisy like most places, the environment still feels safe we never experienced a down side there. Front desk is usually friendly.

This was probably the most disgusting motel I have stayed at in over 40 years of traveling. Positives; the wooden floor was nice. Check in was fast and efficient. Plus when we had wifi issues he came to our room to help. Owner responded quickly to my complaints on their survey.| Negatives; bathroom had not been cleaned. Some hair in the tub, but ALOT of hair on the very small bathroom floor. Towels were dirty. The most disgusting problem was the pillow cases were extremely filthy. We pulled them off and put our own towels over top of the pillows. I was tired and too scared to look at the sheets and bedcover. | It's very sad to see the decline of this place over the years

Room was ok. Pretty clean. Needs updating. Saw several homeless people hanging around outside. Bed was not comfortable. Woke up this morning can not move my neck. Breakfast was lacking. Waffles and some nasty whole grain muffins and donuts.

Probably the worst Motel I’ve ever stayed in. It was getting late. We were looking for someplace reasonable near 40 and my husband picked This place out. He should’ve read the reviews. creepy. Dirty. The walls in the bathroom were sort of eroding. The toilet seat was broken. The shower was OK. Floor was filthy. The curtains in the window had stains all over them as did a shower towels. We stayed though, and it was quiet throughout the night. But we got up and left as soon as possible.

STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL!! Booked a 2 night stay but wasn’t able to make it to night 1 so checked in on night 2. Checked out with now 2 different charges. A “no show” charge and my “visit” charge. These combined were more than my 2 night stay was. Please tell me why it matters if I no show or not. Clearly I booked it for 2 nights in case I was able to make it to night 1. Dealing with the front desk was no joke. Rude man not backing down telling me he’ll fight my dispute. On top of it all, the hotel is trashy. Looks more like a motel 6 than a “quality” motel. Don’t think you’re getting a hot breakfast. The only hot thing you’ll get is a waffle if you’re lucky enough to have any batter. Pay the extra couple of bucks and stay next door at the comfort inn.

Homeless people everywhere around the lower areas. The bed was so hard we'd have been better off sleeping on the floor. Refrigerator didn't work, towels were dirty breakfast was a packaged donut, a packaged muffin, or, as usual, a waffle griddle that you see at every hotel. Sketchy people wandering around at every corner. We stayed at 2 other quality inns before staying here, that were very good.

My dad and I stayed here for one night in a two queen-bed room. Rooms: Floor - Moderately Clean, had specks of dirt all around the floor Beds - Very Clean Door - Not that clean Toilet - Inside was a bit dirty but rim was Clean Bathtub - Had those no-slip mats on the base of the bath which was nice Bathroom Floor - Dirty Service: Staff were really kind and helpful. Free WiFi but it's slow Free Breakfast Overall this hotel was somewhat good
