The room was good and service did the best they could, but their computer system was completely screwed up. I extended my stay before the 11am checkout time but a cleaning lady still came banging on my door thinking I was supposed to be checking out, and then later when my key wouldn't work the man at the front desk said my room was supposedly booked under someone I had never heard of, and couldn't find my renewed booking anywhere even when using my booking number. If I hadn't gone to deal with the key I likely would've been unpleasantly surprised by some woman coming to my room thinking it was hers. Cleaning service also came early the next day (before 11) thinking I had already checked out, my guess being that whoever the system said was in my room had checked out, meanwhile I hadn't yet

The cleaning manager Mary is absolutely rude as hell. She talked to me like I was child as soon as I walked to the room to show me towels. Told me its $20 because they were stained.. it was soda that spilled on the floor. She said she could maybe wash that one. But the other ones that had dirt from walking barefoot around the pool area she couldn't wash. And was hella rude about it. Told me to take it wash it and bring it back. She had me act out of character because how she first talked to me and everything. Absolutely disgusting lady. MARY. She has a lip piercing. So if you spill soda or have any dirty on you don't use the towels apparently they don't know how to wash towels. Normally I like this hotel. Front desk people are always really nice. And it's normally clean. But to be charged for a dirty towels? That's crazy. Then tried to tell me it's just $20. Girl I don't care if it was $1.50 I shouldn't be charged at all for towels that can be washed.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Checked in late for a single night’s stay during a weekend trip and the front desk person was really rude. I came into the lobby from the pouring rain and the guy took 10 minutes to talk to me. There was no one else there. I paid in advance through their website during booking and he told me there was a $150 deposit. It was almost twice the cost of my actual stay. This was never disclosed during booking, payment, or even when I called to ask about my reservation. When I hesitated, he told me “Well, you’re already here.” It was almost midnight, I only needed a night’s stay, and it was storming, so I paid it. The room was fine, although loud and strange people were milling around outside. The free breakfast the next morning was from 6:30-9:30am. Only a waffle machine, apples, cereal, and three yogurt cups. Juice machine empty, no milk, no other food options. Asked the new front desk person if anything could be refilled, they said no. It was only about halfway through breakfast. When I went to check out, the lady didn’t even ask for the room cards back. Overall, a really bad experience. Rude staff. Bad amenities. I’ve literally never left a review for a place before but this hotel was so upsetting. Stayed at another Quality Inn up in Woodland the next day and it was a completely different (and better) experience, so this one is definitely just a problem. Management needs to do better.

I want to give this hotel a good review but can’t. It’s an old hotel with a lowest bidder attempt to modernize it. I stayed for 4 nights. Not once did I receive housekeeping. Every evening I’d have to take my dirty towels to the front desk and get new ones. The TV in the room didn’t work. Every time I turned the tv on, it said “Weak or No Signal”. The phone in the room also didn’t work. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. They were out of coffee. Other than the nice customer service at the front desk, my experience was a disaster. I would recommend finding a different hotel!

Positive: "" Negative: BR door handle broken, sink light did not immediately turn on when you hit the button. Description of "hot breakfast" was only waffles. They could have had bagels and danish. Woken at 6am to homeless person banging on door under us. Police had to come.

I have been to many hotels in multiple States and this has to be by far the WORST one. Renovated...really? Maybe the front desk and breakfast area but THAT IS IT. Straight garbage. Hair all in the shower. Stains all over the walls. Trash everywhere outside. Breakfast...what breakfast. Cereal no milk. No eggs. No sausage. No toast. Warm apple juice and orange juice. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THE EXTRA MONEY...TRUST ME.

Price wise, it's just a cheap motel...If that is what you're looking for, it definitely fits the bill. Our room was clearly a 'smoking' room, but this was our fault for not asking for a smoke free room. It also smelled of mildew, likely from a leaky shower. The bed was comfortable, and I was too scared to actually LOOK for bed bugs so not sure. My biggest issue is really that the front desk called us at 10:15AM (just as we were gathering up our belongings, ironically enough) to ask if we were checking out or extending our stay. Checkout is at 11, so I'm unclear why this call was even made. Seems like they were trying to speed up the process somehow. Anyway, that along with the front desk girl being pretty offish made this a 2 star. Breakfast is kind of a joke. No bread products at all. I don't think I saw a toaster even. And there's some note posted that states due to permitting you're not allowed to take food out of the breakfast area? Not sure what that's about, as it's the first time I've ever seen this type of issue. Area is pretty rundown, but most of it is based on the homeless and drug use around there. That's not the motels fault, so it can't really be held accountable. I didn't have any issues with the homeless people hanging around.
