Quality Inn Evanston near Wyoming Downs - Hotel in Evanston - 1936 Harrison Dr, USA

I stayed 2 nights the only thing there was no shampoo or sop containers where empty but had a great view from my window to golf course. The reason I scored them low is because Saturday at 3:40 pm I am woken up to a sound of a jack hammer sound like my wall was being ripped apart, I called the frond desk they said they would take care of it, I finaly fell asleep then again I was rudely awakened again , so I called the front desk again they said they had work to be done, told me they where going to move me, I told them I am in my boxers half asleep, I came to motel to rest , not to be disturbed by them, we'll it is not 6:50 pm they keep making the terble racket , the more I complain the more they do it. This folks don't care about there customers.

Great room at a great price! Super clean, amazingly friendly staff! Breakfast was awesome! Not to mention, it was quiet, especially for a hotel. Definitely would recommend this place. Restaurants super close too

Stayed two nights this weekend booked two rooms and paid over $180 a night for each room. Went to shower the first night no shampoo or conditioner in bathroom and two of the towels had large brown stains. Spoke to our adult son and wife the next morning and their room also had empty containers in shower. I spoke to guy at front desk and requested they service the rooms get towels and hair products in bathroom s. His comment was that unless we were staying more than two nights they normally do not do anything to the rooms. I said room should have been furnished with shampoo conditioner and clean towels upon our arrival. I stated if they could not get the rooms furnished like they said their rooms would be furnished I would want a refund. No comment from the desk clerk. Upon returning after a long day at work the next day looking forward to a shower they still did not have shampoo or conditioner in the containers. The next morning about 10 minutes before 8:00 I was taking my things out to my car and here comes a vehicle with their radio booming. I made my way over to the vehicle to explain that this was a hotel and people were still trying to sleep and they spent good money to spend the night here upon lookinh in the window and it was a clerk from the front desk the day before. Well radio went even louder. I would not recommend this hotel. Locking doors to let you into the facility don't lock. No need for pass card key card. Also exit to the outside on the upstairs level did not have hardware to even keep doors closed. Security at the facility was non-existent. This site certainly does not come close to the quality inn experience. Candy and pop machines don't work. grounds in disrepair. Rooms smell and vacuums utilized, lint and dirt in corners and a long walls. Never stayed at a Quality Inn - Choice facility that was such a disappointment with staff that were so unprofessional. Horrible experience. Checked in to room and had no toilet paper, was disgustingly dirty & part of weather stripping missing on door making it easy to see outside as well as easy access for critters. Immediately called front desk and asked to be moved or refunded, was told they were sold out and nothing that they could do. After thinking about what to do we decided we could not stay in those conditions and would rather make the drive back home. Took the keys to the front desk and again tried reasoning with the manager. She said that we already used the room and she would not give us a refund. She was very unprofessional and rude so I asked for the name and number of the regional manager to which she refused and proceeded to call the police for no legit reason. Police told us there was nothing they could do but said the manager said we could stay if we wanted. No thank you !! They advised us to dispute the charges since we did not use the room. Please stay clear of this place.

AC sounded like a screech while on, so didn't use it. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well from last occupants- used soap was still in shower. Pet friendly? No good area for them to go to for bathroom outside and no trash cans to discard potty bags. (Probably why no one is picking theirs up) Realize place is on lower cost of choices on list, but still disappointing.

Living on the road showers are important. So when I pay 120$ dollars a night I usually expect shampoo soap and a clean room. Well I got none of these things, I got half full beer bottles in the fridge. (Not a few a whole 12 pack) The big kicker is there was absoltly no toiletries, no shampoo, no soap. No, not even for your hands. When I walked down to the front desk again they just don't have any. You couldn't give me a night to stay in this place again. If I would have known there was no soap I wouldn't have booked. Seriously choice do better. You are severely going down hill.

Disgusting, do not stay here. The room we were given was filthy, the toilet was full of waste. When we went to the front desk to request a different room, the new room they gave us already had someone in it. The front desk seemed surprised someone was in there. Poor management. We left and requested a refund.

We arrived after long day of driving. The room was very old and needed work. The safe was no longer attached to the wall, just sitting on the floor. The hair dryer was missing. The sheer curtain was kept together with a paper clip. This was so disappointing.
