Quality Inn - Hotel in Norman - 309 Norman Center Ct, USA

The rooms never got very cold! I don't think there was room service! We went up here for the ministry! They do provide breakfast and lunch, but there a lot of people if you are the first 10 people your out of luck! The lady at the front desk knew our director and check him in! She knew I was with him! When I ask her to tell me what room he was in later she told me she couldn't tell me that even with a emergency!

Disgusting squashed bug on wall by the bed, broken AC, charge ports by the bed don’t work —absolutely do not recommend. For twenty dollars more go up the street 5 min and get cleaner, better and avoid the risk of bedbugs or meth exposure

We were pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of the hotel, our room was spotless too. Check in was quick. |We met the owners who are very pleasant and helpful. We chatted in the lobby and it was so nice to meet them. |For us the location was close to restaurants and the mall. We are waiting to move into our newly purchased home. |We were surprised that they had a beautiful indoor pool. The pool area was also very clean. |We saw no untoward activity in the parking lot or in the area. |We will stay here again if needed.

The price had me not expecting much, honestly. But I was VERY NICELY surprised! The lobby is nicely decorated. There wasn't anyone at the desk but I'm guessing with such low prices you can't exactly staff a bunch of people. But once I rang the little bell someone came within seconds. ||The room was clean and smelled great! I was a little worried because we could hear conversations from the rooms when we were in the hallway, but once I got into the room I couldn't hear anything at all from my neighbors. The furniture is obviously older and a little banged up, but the mattress was super comfy, and so were the pillows. I asked for a few extra and got them no problem! The little shampoo and conditioner and soap were a name brand that I recognized, which was nice (it sucks to go to a hotel and forget shampoo and end up with some 2 n 1 knock off haha).||The indoor pool AND gym were right down the hall. It looked clean too but we didn't end up using it. ||Okay... the biggest surprise for the budget price was the breakfast. There were scrambled eggs, biscuits, several kinds of juices, and a waffle maker (along with several other items like donuts and cereal). I honestly was NOT expecting that from a $65/a night room! With that price you normally get some stale cereal or an old bagel and that's it. AND everything was super clean. ||I will not stay anywhere else when I go back to visit friends at OU. It was literally right down the street from campus. Super clean and cheap, you can't beat that! Though I'm a little afraid they're going to raise prices once they start building clientele... they certainly could charge more for what we got.... God knows I've paid more and gotten MUCH less at other hotels!

Room had a funky smell. There were 6” pieces of the angle iron bed frame sticking out under the cover that racked my shins twice walking around the bed, found dead ants under the comforter,The can light above the shower had no cover or trim, just exposed light bulb, no meat on the breakfast, powdered eggs and biscuits with no gravy . We’ve stayed in this hotel in the past but it has gone way down hill. Would never stay here again. Stay clear of this place!

Upon arrival, we checked into our room and left for a few hours. We returned to find our key card non-functional. Despite multiple trips to the front desk for replacement key cards that never worked and an eventual visit from a staff member to the door, we were told the door was unopenable and were relocated to another room, separated from our belongings. The next morning, a different employee effortlessly accessed our original room using a computer system. Despite the hassle and inconvenience, the hotel declined any form of compensation, justifying it with "we completed our reservation." Note that this was only a one night stay. Highly displeased with the service and won't be returning.

I thought when BW bought this property from Hilton and I saw work being done on the outside, that there would have been work on the interior as well. No! It was the same ratty carpet, a smelly gym and the equipment still the same from when it was a Hampton. And the few pieces were not really functional. The recumbent did not even work. Then there was the breakfast - no meat, not variety of muffins. no citrus. Just some scrambled eggs and biscuits and muffins with chocolate chips that were days old.

Lol, the fact that people are writing reviews as if they were expecting Trump Tower is laughable. This is a budget hotel and it serves its purpose WELL. Another review said the free eggs didn’t have gravy at breakfast and only had low fat milk… for around $60 a night, the fact that you get eggs at all is great! The staff was wonderful, the room was clean, and the price (AGAIN) was low. Don’t come in with unreasonable expectations and you’ll be just fine lol
