Quality Inn Edmund Pettus Bridge area - Featured Reviews (262)
This hotel was horrible. The room rate was $130 a night. The room looked like they had started renovated and didn't clean up. The bathroom had mold, and they painted over it. The toilet was rocking. The front desk clerk was very rude and not professional. I never stayed in a hotel that was in this bad shape.
Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. The breakfast was great. I wish they had an elevator. It was a little difficult carrying all of my luggage up the stairs. Sorry my room was already slept in before I took photos, but you all get the pictures.
This place is absolutely great for the value. The rooms were absolutely clean. Everything about this hotel is what you want in a cheap, inexpensive hotel. Nice front desk. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, and close to everything. Very nice place to go and I would go again.
The rooms are very nice and if stay overnight if service person see you they will ask if you need anything and polite
Positive: The staff was nice Negative: Our room smelled like smoke and was not cleaned very well. We had no tissues and no shampoos or soaps. This hotel felt dirty overall. Negative: ""
The hotel is nasty. The bathrooms were nasty. The hotel mgr does not take accountability for anything but makes excuses. The room my brother was in the bed was nasty with soiled sheets and bodily fluids from a previous guest. The tub was clogged and nasty. The shower head looked molded and it was nasty. I had to try to clean the tub with clorox wipes because no housekeeper is there at night. Definitely not a place I would recommend or would stay at ever again.
This is the best Quality Inn location in the area. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. There are no roaches at this location. Walmart is within walking distance as well as there are several fast food restaurants in close proximity.
This particular hotel was a complete eye sore. It was very dated and worn. It was not clean, and I have a picture of a beer bottle cap in my shower to prove it. ALL the furnishings were laminating, and it was not worth the cost. I kept all my belongings in my suitcase, and kept it closed at all times to try to make sure I did not take any stow-aways home with me. If there was another available hotel I would have moved. I did not feel in anyway safe. I always took my laptop, companies, and personal effect with me. Even if I was just grabbing dinner. I smelled cannabis almost every time I pass in a hallway, and there were always shady people hanging in the parking lot. The first thing I would do when I entered my room was lock the door.
This was an horrible experience. When I got in the room it was too late and I was too tired to change rooms. Also, I clean my own room and use my own towels anyways, when I visit hotels. Their was no cable TV the whole week. I also went two days with
I love it. The food is soooo delicious. We stay for hours, it's so relaxing. And the drinks are the bomb. Get on up and go try it for yourself. Ask for Jessica Rush. She's very welcoming, and she fixes the best drinks. She is very good at her job.
Hey Y'all Hey!!! So Kam and I got the opportunity to do some Market Research at the Candy Lady. When I tell you that the Customer Service was Amazing. The prices were reasonable!!! She has available seating outside. She also has parking spots availab
Perfect amount of food for the inexpensive price and the flavor and taste is on point.... And its real food not that processed garbage we stop at daily... Save yourself the trouble of debating and go there your soul will thank you
A local favorite and must-try if youâre visiting Selma, Lannieâs is well-loved by Selmans and tourists alike and was recommended to us by everyone we spoke to. Their food comes out piping hot, tender and crispy! The bbq plates and catfish were a
I had dinner here recently and really enjoyed it. They have a dining side of the house and a lounge side of the house. We went to the lounge to enjoy the love music. It was very busy for a Thursday and the lounge side has the feel of a drive bar and
The food! The food! The food! Amazing, Delectable, and Delicious. When we were there we had to eat in the car (no inside dining); but the food is so good you will not mind ð
Great service! I went in and they were extremely busy but despite being overcrowded I was still greeted with tremendously superb service, a friendly face, and even though they were busy, very prompt service!
