Quality Inn Easton - Hotel in Easton - 8523 Ocean Gateway, USA

I cannot say enough great things! I was hesitant because of the price but it was perfect. The girl at check in was super sweet. Rooms were spotless! Beds were comfortable. The pillows my head just loved. Fantastic breakfast solution. Honestly zero complaints. We will make this our usual stay when we are visiting our son from now on.

We loved it there! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and fully cleaned on the daily, the pool was nice and relaxing, quiet and really enjoyable. They had breakfast every morning, which was a bonus and coffee for us as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The hotel was easy to locate along a major highway. The room was very neat and comfortable with enough amenities provided. We arrived very late but the desk clerk was expecting us and was very helpful in getting us our assigned room. Negative: ""

Positive: It was convenient and less expensive than others. Negative: Rooms had a smell, not necessarily bad but more like they really need to be aired out. Housekeeping was knocking on the door early in the morning, wish they waited until I checked out.

Came here from Philly for a family event. The staff was amazing. I called ahead of time and booked my room with either Kathy or Katie...I forgot her name but she was awesome. When we arrived the guy at the front desk was helpful, he checked us in quick and he overall very welcoming and made us feel 100 % comfortable. I think his name was Adam or something like that. Maybe Abe...i'm horrible with names lol... Anyway, we had double rooms which was a plus! There were a variety of items to pick for break and we were able to park right in front of the room. The pool wasn't crowded at all and the place was really clean!! I'll definitely be staying her next time I have to come to Maryland.

Just needed an easy/safe place to sleep on an Eastern Shore trip. Arrived at 10:45pm. Check in was routine. The problem began when we arrived at our room: The interior safety door latch was propped in such a way as to hold the door open. In other words: our room was not secured when we arrived. Anybody could have entered that room to do almost anything before we arrived. These were other problems: clock radio did not work; phone did not work; TV would come on but remote would not change channels or volume (staff eventually fixed the TV after about an hour). This is not the condition a hotel room should be in upon arrival. Staff should ensure via a check list that ALL features, including electronics are operational. It's not satisfactory after a long day for the need for service on something that could have been corrected before we arrived. It's inexcusable that the door was not secured. This left us feeling like our room could have been used by someone else even after cleaning. Would have given a lower score but in all fairness, at least the room appeared to be clean. …and gave us the wrong receipt upon check-out. Will find better accommodations in future.

The facility was exceptionally clean and neat, but could use some upgrading. Thus the 4 rating on rooms. But this in no way pertained to the cleanliness or functioning of things. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, and the price very reasonable.
