I have stayed at this hotel once a year for several years now. It is a great value, very convenient to the Mass Pike, has plenty of close parking, and also a supermarket, two coffee shops and a fast food all within walking. |The hotel and rooms are very clean and the rooms are reasonably sized, with pleasant art on the walls, and good sized fridges in each room. There is a nice free breakfast that has hot and cold food, and a small breakfast room, or a picnic table outside to eat. There is a small gym (which I have never used.)|The beds are comfy, the pillows a little thin, and the towels are pretty basic. |If you want a good value, clean, basic, well-run hotel to base your trip to Tanglewood, the Berkshires, and Western Mass out of - this is it!
Our room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it was convenient located off the highway. We had a first floor room and could hear people walking above us. Has been updated in many ways but not completely. We would stay here again. On a side note, even though I am 7 feet tall, the shower heads are a little lower than normal.😃
This hotel is so overpriced for an old motel with a couple upgrades. My room was very hot with no air on upon arrival. There was brown curly hair in the sink, on the toilet cover, and a lot more on the floor with dust. The bathroom floor was so dirty that I wore my shoes in the room the entire time & didn't let my feet touch the floor. There were only 2 tissues with no replacement box. They don't even give you individual, complimentary shampoo & conditioner. It's a communal bottle stuck to the shower wall. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. Honestly, I can't believe I paid $143 (with a discount! Expedia originally charged $168). I felt it was worth about $30.
Positive: Right off the highway, close to restaurants and shops. Comfy beds Negative: The fridge and air conditioner in our room did not work. Also walls are super thin and can hear everything in your room.
The rooms are nice and clean and the lady at the front desk is super sweet. The only downside is that it’s located right next to a busy highway - the past couple of times I’ve stayed here, I’ve unfortunately been kept awake by big trucks zooming by, so I would recommend maybe bringing a fan or a white noise machine to try to drown out the noisiness if you plan on staying here.
Everything works well except for one outlet. Clean room, bed, towels and the building itself. Breakfast is decent for the price of the room. This is even better than the last hotel we stayed in for half the price. We will use Choice hotels again next time.
Positive: The bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty nice. Negative: The wifi is unacceptably slow and they did not use fitted sheets. Ended up on the mattress pad.
Slight issue upon check in but desk clerk was able to correct the situation quickly. Location is right off of Rte 90 near the Lee Outlets. Clean fresh paint modern interior. Good value hotel. Plenty of nearby food and activities.
We had an amazing stay at the Lakehouse Inn. This was our first time here and we were celebrating our engagement- it was beyond anything we could've imagined. Sam, Kathleen, and Junie were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The complimentary spiked

We had a great time here, and really appreciated the way the hotel is run. It's a little rustic - the decor would benefit from a refresh. But the owners have invested in facilities which actually make your stay more comfortable. As well as the room's
Spent a few days in the Berkshires and stayed at the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. We can honestly say we have found a new home away from home. The Devonfield Inn is an absolute gem. Every room is meticulously decorated, clean, and

Stopped at this Gem on the way to a ski location. I saw the Fried Chicken Sandwich with the slaw and hot sauce on the menu. It caught my eye as I am from the south. It was absolutely amazing. We had the Bloody Mary and Pomegranate drinks which were g
Food and service was absolutely fantastic! The food was cooked perfectly. We brought our service dog in with us and the owner brought water for us to give him while we ate and a snack for after we left. Easily one of the best restaurant experiences w
This place made my week. Fantastic pizza. I seriously could have not asked for a more perfect done pizza. Xtra cheese, well done, best way to get a pizza. The crust was great nice crunch and a little chewy. The cheese and sauce had a wedding in the o
Excellent food and very friendly service! One of the best omelettes Iâve ever had, and the home fries were seasoned super well! If youâre visiting the Berkshires area, this is THE brunch spot! Thank me later.
